With over 25 years of pool building expertise, we have the knowledge and skills needed to transform what you envision into your ideal backyard. We don’t consider ourselves to be only a pool construction company. There is a lot more to the process than that. It’s an emotional purchase and we make sure that our staff is there before, during and after the construction process to inform and educate you. We take great pride in not only listening to your current needs and wishes, but also in anticipating your future ones as well. Because we understand the process so well, we are able to make your new pool construction go as smoothly as possible. Our team of professionals understands what is necessary for the proper construction and engineering of your swimming pool installation; whether you’re considering a freeform or geometric, large or small pool design, and regardless if is on flat ground or on the side of a hill. As a custom pool builder, we offer a wide array of options to ensure your end product is not only high quality, but uniquely you. Functional features like slides, Acapulco shelves, grottos and beach entries can be incorporated in the design of your in-ground pool to make it distinctive. You can also select decorative features such as waterfalls, colored lighting and mosaics to add ambience and beautiful esthetics.

Description of Work: Premier Pools and Spas did our new pool, spa and patio project. As with any major project there will me some issues, but Premier Pools and Spas were always ready to remedy the problems and the staff and contractors were always nice and professional. The pool project was a long process, but we did have an exceptional amount of rain, which contributed to delays and such. Overall, I will recommend Premier Pools and Spas and yes if I ever needed another pool I would go back to them because you always stick with whom you know and have experience with.

Description of Work: The office had issues with paperwork being misplaced, the completion was delayed, the waterfall construction did not go as not according to how we were told it would be, people would show up to do things without notice, or even checking in with us when we were home, also did things and left without telling us what they did. Overall a less than awesome communication experience.

They have done a good job for me so far. Sometimes I think that the process has gone a little slow, but everything else has been good. Their price was average compared to the other companies.
Description of Work: They are putting in a new pool for me. They dug the pool, ran the plumbing, and have laid the tiles down by the pool.

This company is by far the most professional and customer driven organization in the pool construction business or any construction business that I have dealt with, from the president that showed up at my home probably every other day to make sure everything was going well and that we were satisfied and had Zero issues. Once they finishand the pool their follow up was great, their training fantastic, they even sent someone out to our house just to clarify some doubts that I had with the equipment. I would not hesitate to recommend them because they far exceeded my expectations. A class act!
