Description of Work: My electric stove broke. He came out and said the mother board was bad. He offered to help install a new stove, but the price was high so we did it ourselves.

+ -1 moreDanny Wright came out to look at the project - a bathroom remodel which I assumed would cost about 35k. Nice guy, we had a great chat, and he seemed very interested. He said that the first step would be to have his architect out to create a plan, which of course I would pay for, and then he would bid it from there. Great. I knew that was the first step all along, but I wanted an architect referred to me - I didn't want to blindly guess someone out of the phone book. The architect never called. I called Danny again a about two weeks later, and he said "Oh! He didn't call? I will make sure he calls you this time." well. No. He never called, and Danny never called to follow up. I took my time to meet him. I took time to call him back. Simply put - he wasted my time.

+ 9 moreWe decided to remodel our kitchen and are very pleased with the work performed and the quality. The customer service was excellent. All of the workers were courteous and professional and we trusted them in our home. We had some minor problems with the cabinets that we ordered from the manufacturer and Danny (our contractor) took care of dealing with the manufacturer and got it all straightened out. All in all, considering how difficult remodeling can be, we had a pleasant experience and it was worth it.
Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel including all new floors, countertops, cabinets and appliances.
