I highly recommend Master Remodelers.

We were very interested, and the foreman gave us a great estimate and agreed to the job. We were excited about moving forward. Later the owner Don Borden called and tried to upsell our small project. After disagreeing with him and giving him the chance to turn the job down, we finally decided to move forward. After weather delays due to rain, the job took 2 days to complete. The workmanship was good, and we were initially pleased with the result. We were pressured to pay, after dark, when we could not look at the job, and the work-site, prior to the agreed upon "walk through" with the foreman. Our check was cashiered the next morning. We never saw anyone from the business after that date. At the same time, we started asking the owner to remove their tools, and materials from our driveway and yard, and to clean the job site. After numerous calls to the owner fore more than a month, and missed promises from Master Remodelers, I ended up doing the final clean up myself after needing the area cleared. The business states that it is ���family owned and operated built on quality service and trust from clients over the years���. Due to the communication problems and a lack of concern we feel differently. While there are craftsmen that work there, followup and customer service are lacking. For that reason we would likely not consider them for our multiple projects our home needs. This is a real disappointment, for we initially felt very comfortable with whom we dealt with.

It took a while for them to get started after that they were professional and responded to any questions or concerns I had.

I would recommend this company. Their installation team did a great job.

I Hired This company with me being out of town and only speaking with Don over the phone. He seemed honest and straight forward and kept in constant communication throughout the project. He submitted all the necessary paperwork to my HOA for me and completed the job in a timely manner. It looks great and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Pleased with the Project Manager Dave M. And the follow up calls by the owner of the company. The men who did the job were good. Clean up after the job was as promised. I would recommend Master Remodelers to anyone.

Installers were great, cleaned up, were quick and friendly.

This group was the only one who really listened to what I wanted and then did not hassle me for a decision while I got other bids and made my decision. Chad and Dan were so gentlemanly while not being condescending to the 'little lady'. I will use them for their other services.

Was not harassed on the phone for appointment confirmations. They called made appointment and contacted me when they we're on the way as a reminder. Met with salesperson told him what i wanted and he gave me a bid. Salesperson followed up twice and the third time got my bussiness. They are polite and courteous unlike 2 others I tried to deal with. Yes I would reccomend Master Remodelers.

The crew was wonderful and did a great job once I informed the crew exactly what I requested/wanted and expected. Seems the Project Manager, did not relay the information to the crew as we discussed during our initial visit/drawings. Overall, the project went well and I was very pleased with the outcome.

The project took longer than expected. I was expecting for the contractor to come out and check the quality of the job. I had to make a house call for paint retouching and cabinet doors refastening. Not enough attention to detail. For the amount paid, I was expecting to see a portfolio with examples and a consultant to help with granite and hardware selection. Assistance very limited in this area. I had to go to the granite warehouse and Home Depot to chose the items and then share the info with the contractor.

I appreciated their hard work and attention to detail when installing the windows. They protected all the surfaces inside and cleaned up the mess when they were finished. They did a great job!

the job was completed in a very timely manor. the only bad thing i have to say is there was not much notice given when they started work. i had to work around their schudle most of the job.

Did a fantastic job

Master Remodelers did everything they promised. The a/c ductwork was replaced the first week, and I noticed a dramatic improvement in cooling inside my house (this was July, during 95 deg+ temperatures). The replacement thermopane windows were installed 2 weeks later. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Did a pro job on time we had a dead line that was meet, and very good clean -up.
