It took less than an hour for him to treat the car with EPA-approved, anti-bacterial solutions that penetrated all the fabric, carpet and leather as well as the duct work for the AC. Although the powdery scent of the cleaning agents has lingered considerably longer than the 2 days I was told to expect, there has been no trace of smoke, much to my relief. Mr. Weber provided tremendous customer service as well. He called me several times after the service to make sure there was no bleed-through of that horrible smoke smell and assured me he'd do a repeat treatment if necessary. The bottom line is I'm grateful to have found Mr. Weber and Odor Masters. It is without reservation that I give him the strongest recommendation. I hope not to need his services again, but at least I know exactly who I'll call if I do.
Description of Work: I recently bought a 8 year old car that previously belonged to a smoker. While the car smelled like dippity do and air freshener when I test drove it, it didn't take long for it to reek like an ashtray. The dealership wasn't willing to do anything about it beyond change the cabin air filter which made no difference. I spent days on YouTube researching ways to eliminate the smell. I washed all the surfaces with a vinegar solution, poured mountains of baking soda on the carpets and even misted vinegar on the headliner. I also put an odor absorber under the seat and sprayed the car multiple times with Ozium spray. Nothing I tried had any impact at all. I finally came across Odor Masters online. According to the website, the work is guaranteed. I submitted a contact request and almost immediately received a call from Rick Weber.

 + -1 moreSo one of my kids left a bag of bait shrimp in the trunk of my vehicle. It was dropped off at the dealership for maintenance and four days later after being left in the heat, it smelled like the ocean had died and was rotting in my vehicle. Rick treated my vehicle twice as the smell was beyond foul. Needless to say, my luxury sedan no longer smells like a rotting shrimp boat!!! Thanks Rick!
Description of Work: Rick was able to remove the dead shrimp smell that was in my vehicle with the wonderful fragrant spray and the bombs.

He made me feel very comfortable about the process and even 100% backs his services. Very nice fellow who cares about excellent customer service. I highly recommend this odor removing service!
Description of Work: I had a smell in my vehicle that I had been trying to get rid of for some time. I tried out a ozone generator first and this service failed to remove the smell. Ever since then I've been very skeptical of any odor removing services. I called Rick and he was very informative about the process. He even said it was 100% guaranteed no questions asked, so I decided it was worth a shot. He offered to drop everything and come provide the service THAT day (which was surprising). I ended up scheduling an appointment the following day. He showed up exactly on time and got right to work! The smell is now GONE from my vehicle. The overall customer service was the best I've ever had and he even called me back after the fact to check on my vehicle's smell Thank you for your amazing service!
