Great! We would recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for a home in Pearland.
Description of Work: Charlotte Wilson at Keller Williams (Sunrise blvd local) is wonderful to work with. She listened to all our needs and did everything she could to find us a home within the parameters we gave her. She always came to the showings prepared with comps and analysis on pricing. Her local knowledge of Pearland was invaluable to us in choosing good, stable areas to look for our home. We were not the easiest clients (20 showings over 6 months...we're particular!) and yet she was very patient with us and guided us through the whole process of finding and purchasing a home.

I made an offer on a residence that I thought was at least a good opening offer. Don told the listing realtor that "he thought we could do better." He went on to say, "if you let us know we can sweeten the deal." He had no right to tell the other realtor things like that. He was hard to get a hold of and was basically just there to opeen the door. He was not real knowledgable of the area and seemed flat out lazy.
Description of Work: Don Jones was a realtor that was recommended to me. He was very unprofessional and was definately not working for me.
