Description of Work: trimmed trees, shrubs, put in mulch & cleaned weeds from flower beds

Description of Work: They were supposed to clean the flower beds of weeds and trim bushes. They were also to spread mulch on the beds. The yard was not finished and weeds were left on all the beds. Two pf my big trees (a caseis and a bottle brush were butchered. I told them to trim certain bushes and small trees but not these two. I was then told they would be finished after the last of the mulch was spread and the branches picked up. I left the house to run an errand. Big mistake. The lead foreman did not inspect the work and lots of weeds were overlooked. The trees were butchered. Later that day after I wrote the company, Robert came out to inspect the mess. He said he would be back on Monday with the crew to finished the work. He came back on Monday with one of the three original men to inspect. They did finish with the weeds and cut down cannas in one bed. Nothing could be done about the butchered trees. I think that since I have to look at these butchered trees about 5 times a day that he should have offered some compensation. I wrote him and suggested power washing the driveway and did not hear back from him. I am through. My suggestion would be for anyone using this company would be to never to leave them without supervision. I will never use them and would not recommend anyone else to use them.

Description of Work: They have done nothing yet. They have yet to call back to set time om the schedule even though I have paid through pay pal. Waiting for the call back Not real happy. Every time I talk to someone, they are not usually at the office. They don't return calls. Will wait and see the worj before I change my mind on the "C"

Description of Work: They only mow my front lawn for $35.00 per trip. And they come every week and sometimes it's less then a week they come by and mow. So for $35.00 per times 4 = $140.00 and if the month has 5 weeks it will be $175.00 for the month. This is a little high if you ask me and have asked them to make only 2 trips per month and so far that has not occurred. Nothing else is done to my property, everything else is extra. I just moved out here so I don't know anyone so that is why I choose this site to find someone.

Description of Work: I got many estimates for mowing our five acres and cleaning out and mulching flower beds. They responded to my request promptly, came out on the scheduled date, offered the best price...although it is stil expensive...and now are doing our regular lawn care. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: The supervisor came for the quote, and explanation of services. When the day came for the grass install the supervisor came with the crew, worked a little and then left the job site without notice. The grass install was VERY unprofessional, the crew did not grade the yard properly, the grass was installed by dropping the squares on the topsoil and kicking them into place. I asked about rolling the grass to level in installation, and was told they don't do that, but have a roller at the shop and can come and do that tomorrow. The crew left my house and never asked if I wanted to review the grass install. I had talked withe the supervisor several times about my dissatisfaction, he simply said, "We just did 10 installs today, how can they all be wrong" , but he never came back out. The office called quickly and asked for final payment. I mailed the check to them. I have since hired another company to complete and correct JR's Lawn Service's poor installation. Don't waste your money of time with this company.

Description of Work: J.R.'s Lawn Service came out and gave me a quote about a month ago to clean up the shrubs, lawn bed and trees.

Description of Work: J.R. trimmed my bamboo along my driveway, and they trimmed a very large tree in the back. All of the brush and tree limbs were hauled off. My bamboo being over 17 feet tall was taking over my driveway. I'm the largest bamboo grower in Brazoria County.

Description of Work: My lawnmower was getting serviced and the grass grew up to about 8 inches in 3 long weeks.

Description of Work: clean & mulched front and back beds, pruned backyard trees & shrubs, brought in soil needed to level yard and support foundation to deal with drainage issues, created rock area near gate per my request.
