The service was not as promised. They failed to give timely notification of when install will happen. It take longer what they promised, they have a problem with the installation. They overcharged me. And i free paid 990 dollars for a maintenance contract with two visits per year and I didn't receive any of the services and they refuse to give me a refund. If you look this company on google, there's too many bad reviews.

+ -1 moreExcellent experience with Generator Industries maintenance group today! They installed my Generac back in 2020 and have been maintaining it since. Today they helped get my upstairs A/C unit back online when the Generac delay unit looked to have faulted out. Isidro quickly identified the issue, which wasn’t Generac equipment and advised me on the fix. Very helpful! I was able to quickly get the A/C unit back online. That’s service above and beyond! Thanks guys!

Description of Work: Generator Purchase and install. All I can say about this company is UNBELIEVABLE...from the first meeting with Daniel. He is clear accurate and detailed friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything he said would happen at the time he said it would. The installation crew respected my property and were quiet and clean. When I did have a question Lauren was patient with me and well versed. If your going to get a generator start right here. They blow the rest out the water, hands down!!!

Description of Work: This is one amazing company. Jared (owner) came to my home, was very patient with me, explaining each and every detail to me, including how far he would have to go to hook my generator up since it was a little ways from my breaker box. He was very professional during the entire process, and even make sure I did not go w/o A/C during installation. I am very impressed with this company, and this investment was a good one for me. If you are looking to put in a home generator go with this coo. and ask for Jerad. You will be please from beginning to end. Also - he offers a maintenance program, so you dont need to lift a finger. I talked to many generator companies and everyone had a different "opinion" as to what I needed and cost, from low to ridiculously high. Jared is honest, caring and very professional. I could not give this company a higher recommendation.

+ 0 moreThe service tech was very knowledgable and had the required parts to fix it on his van. He was thorough, professional and left the machine and his work area clean and in order. Other than his van breaking down on his way to my house, which he repaired himself on the side of the road, the service call was flawless. I highly recommend this company and I will be starting a bi-annual service contract with them.

Description of Work: This company did an excellent job. The job involved replacing and physically moving one breaker box, adding another, and installing a whole- house surge protector. They brought two crews to ensure that the job was completed in a single day. Every member of the crews was courteous and competent; and they were well supervised. I obtained several bids; and Generator Industries did the work for half the price of the highest bid. The building code inspector found 3 minor issues with the work; and Generator Industries corrected them immediately.

+ -1 moreCrew showed up on schedule. Work took 3 days to complete - as expected. Crew cleaned up each day's mess. Minor Glitch: Electrician cut AT and T Uverse cable while trenching but reimbursed me for repair.
Description of Work: Purchased and installed a Generac 20KW standby generator & Transfer Switch. This included all trenching and plumbing to hook up gas meter to generator, all electrical wiring from generator to transfer switch to house panel.

+ 0 moreCompany was very responsive to my inquiry regarding the purchase of a natural gas generator. They came out and did a site evaluation and soon after sent me an estimate. They were very patient in explaining the estimate and process to me. Three crews came: to set the generator, plumbing and electricians. They were all very professional and pleasant. When the installation was complete, I was given a full hands on explanation. It was a good experience. These generators are not cheap, but they will put your mind at ease.
