Floor Gallery is all about customer service and experience. I highly recommend them for all flooring needs (wood, tile, carpet, etc). The know what they are doing and provide product at a fair price. Mike personally checks in on all installations and they have the best installers in the business.

I had purchased this exact tile at my old home several years ago from another tile company. I went to them first for a quote as I had just purchased a new home and wanted the cheap builders carpet to be pulled out and this tile put in. The price had almost doubled and I could not believe that. So I starting shopping around and went to Floor Gallery for a quote and their pricing was so much cheaper. I'm thinking the other company must have thought that I would pay that absorbant pirce since I was a repeat customer. Floor Gallery was very professional and they cleaned up all the mess. I would definetely use them again.

It was okay. We didn't have any problems. They had a professional demeanor. They were good and very professional.

I thought them a really good job with the installation. However, their follow-up after the project could have been better. There were a few small issues that I ended up having to resolve myself. I am happy with product though.

It took one day to prep the floors and one day for the installation. The crew cleaned up afterward and helped with putting on the felt pads for the furnitures. The floor looks great, we are very happy with the result.

Overall it ended up pretty well. They were not always punctual. The first day they were punctual; the second day, they didn't show up; and the third day, they asked if they could come then. When they did the work, they accommodated changes I requested. When it came to picking out grout, he went with my choice for matching other flooring. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a fine job. The main issue was punctuality. I had an earlier experience which went extremely well.
