 + -1 moreWe did have a few problems with Emerald regarding confusion as to what type of master bathroom we chose. The contractor started to install a shower with a standard curtain. We requested a glass door for that particular bathroom. The confusion was settled, and even though the glass door cost more, we were not charged for it. They gave a little extra effort when there were problems, and that made the process, much less stressful. The house is exactly what we were looking to build.
Description of Work: Emerald Builders constructed a two thousand square foot, one story house for us. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

 + -1 moreI bought my home from Emerald homes and we are not very pleased with their customer service. I had to constantly call them to get the house finished and no one would return my calls most days. The estimated time frame to build one of their homes was four months and our house took six months to build. The house has good construction but there has been no real follow through with our concerns. The builders left glass and other debris in our yard that still hasn t been cleaned up for us.
Description of Work: I chose a single story home from one of the many homes that Emerald homes builds. The house is 2300 square feet and took about six months to build.
