+ -1 moreOwner was responsive and sent a fellow plumber to light the pilot the same day since he was out of town at the time. In regards to what was needed to fix the overall water quality problem with the hard Pearland Water, he did give some information over the phone but also said he would follow up with me in a few days once he got back in town no charge. He said he would come at look things and give me an estimate. I had to call him a few days later to follow up and we set up an appt for the very next day as he was to return from out of town. He was a no call no show. Have not heard from him since. I hope nothing happened on his 9 hr drive back into town. I was trying to find a plumber who would light the pilot & give the estimate on the day on my trouble but he persuaded me he would take care of it. Just when he got back. Now I will have to shell out more money to another plumber for an estimate.
Description of Work: Needed help re-lighting pilot light for a recently purchased hot water heater after draining it. Drained it due to smelly and discolored water. Wanted that done as well as opinions/ estimate on what was needed to fix the overall problem. Estimate for water softener install or filters, etc.
