Bob Blehm (the owner of Custom Cove) was responsive and competent. He submitted a proposal based upon my sketch and then made a site visit to verify his proposal and site conditions. Upon completion of the work, he passed by again to make sure everything was as agreed and that we were satisfied. Bob's subcontractors showed up on time, performed good quality work using good material and the installation (now completed 2+ years) is performing nicely. I'd definitely use this company again.

Bob came out on a Sunday to view the damage done by a shoddy installer. My electronic cooktop was install but the installer had butchered up my countertop. After accessing the damage he provide me with several options on repair / replacement. They even came out and preformed the work while I was at work, I came home the work area was neat and tidy with a nice repair that's much better to look at than what was originally left by the installer. Very professional guy with a ton of knowledge.

They came about 2 weeks ago and charged me $820 for the plywood, Formica and labor. I was very pleased with the work that they did. He was recommended to me. They came out in a timely manner and did it all in one day.

He was quick, neat and clean. There was nothing left in the bathroom. Very professional.
