The crew arrived exactly on time for the appointment, all three painters introduced themselves. We walked through the projects and within 15 minutes of completing the walkthrough, the crew began working. While two men began setting up and prepping the project, the lead man, left to pickup the paint and baseboards. The project was completed and cleaned up by 2:00 pm. The three man crew were very respectful and trustworthy. The crew was patient and helpful during their time at my house. The craftsmanship was excellent with the outcome of the baseboards and quarter round installations. The rooms look Great! It has been a long time since I can truly say we are 100% satisfied with a contractor!!

Mark and team did superb job both in customer relations and quality of work. They really worked to find out what we wanted and delivered even better than we expected. Thanks CertaPro and team. You guys are in league of your own!

I spent about $3000. They were really good. I left a message and they called me right back. They came out, gave me a quote, I scheduled the job and they were neat, fast and clean. I thought the price and quality of the work were great.

It was good. We had a few touch ups to get ready to sell our house. They painted a bathroom trim, an interior door, and some window sills. They came out the day after I called for an estimate. Two people came out. That's the only painting we've had done so I have nothing to compare it to, but it looked great. They were able to match the colors perfectly and it looked brand new.

Mark Cooper and his team are absolutely outstanding! I couldn't have asked for a more prompt, kind, and professional individual to work with. The work that they did was excellent as well. They also repainted my baseboards, crown molding and molding on the windows free of charge. Again, they are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again mark!

The job went extremely well. It did end up a little drawn out, but that was only because I changed the paint color a few times and then the weather got us. But as soon as possible, the crew was back out and finished very quickly. When I finally did select a final paint color, and the paint was purchased, there was a mix up (due to the extreme similarity in paint names). The painters caught the difference in the colors very quickly and the owner retrieved the correct paint and the house was completed. Any extra cost in the mix up of paint color was covered by CertaPro and I was charged the amount originally quoted. Again, can't stress how professional the owner and painting crew were. We would absolutely use them again.

They were very thorough. They pressure washed the house, replaced some rotted wood around windows on garage, caulked all cracks and crevices, and did a great job painting. I would definantly use them again.

Mark arrived for appt. on time,10/14/13. He was very pleasant and professional. Painters arrived on time 10/21/13. They power washed that day even though it was raining. They returned the next day and finished the job.The painting crew was very neat for this type of work. They worked quickly and finished before noon. They were very cooperative and pleasant to work with on any concerns I had. When they left you could not tell they had been here other than we now have a more attractive house. This isn't the first time we've hired CertaPro. All went well -- from the first phone call to the walk through. Everyone is courteous and professional. Mark Cooper, the new owner of the Pearland location, is just as professional as the previous owners, Tom and Pat. The painter, Pedro, is very conscientious and professional. The exterior looks great and the front door is beautiful! We will call on them in the future and, as in the past, will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

One word to describe Certa Pro Painters....WOW! These guys are amazing and completely professional. I was initially told the job would take 5 days but after Juan, our foreman, looked at the job and the crew of 6, he determined the job would take 3 days. It actually only took 2 days for them to complete. Juan made sure I was informed every step of the way and asked questions to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. We had a few minor problem areas but Mark, the owner, sent Christian to take care of it. He did much more than he needed to but Mark said he wanted to do the job right and make sure we were satisfied. You can't go wrong with Certa Pro Painters in Pearland. After we get our house back in order after this job, we will be calling them again to complete the house.

Mr. Cooper has managed to find professionals who do amazing work economically and with tireless attention to details and deadlines. As I planned my move into my house (built in 1978), I knew that it needed some remodeling work to update it. I asked friends and colleagues for recommendations of companies that did good work and the responses were mainly negative: ?Don?t use name of company!? So I searched on Angie?s List and found three companies who I asked for estimates in mid-August. Mark Cooper?s CertaPro in Pearland was one and, very punctually, Mr. Wilson came out to make the estimate. I met with the other two: one was cheaper, but did not seem reliable. The second quoted a price three times as expensive as CertaPro?s for the exact same work. I was on a tight deadline and Mark?s team was able to start and finish well within the schedule I needed to be met. Mark, Kayla, and his team leads, Mr. Hamilton Bermudez (team manager) and Mr. José Rangel (carpentry, painting, and flooring specialist), met me at my house (right on time) and we walked through the house identifying the work I wanted done. The team of five began their work that day and worked diligently throughout the next five days. I want to highlight the following examples of the professional and responsive manner in which the team worked: · This was my first remodeling project on the first house I have ever bought. José and Christian have wonderful taste and made helpful suggestions when I was not sure what kind of materials or colors should be used in their work. They listened to my questions and responded to every request, no matter how small. · Every day I noticed huge progress on the project and every day, the house was clean at the end of the day. It was pleasant to come into the house, not only because of the work, but also because of the polite and professional team. · In addition to the obvious elements of the project?painting, carpentry, and so on?the detailed work the team did in response to my requests was impressive. Christian was a master at touching up and José suggested ways to fix problems that were a part of the house?s original construction. · When another company had damaged the drywall under my countertop, José suggested that we cover the damage with crown molding, which created a beautiful, finished look. · It was clear to me from the start?from my conversations with Mark about the estimate to all the team members?that the project was not over until I was satisfied. I was thorough in my walk-throughs and ended up with several small requests. Thanks to their responsiveness, I came to believe that these professionals meant what they said. I am completely satisfied. My sincere thanks to them!

My wife and I left on vacation and while we were away CertaPro technicians painted the interior of our home. Everything that was agreed to was performed in a professional manner and close attention to detail was apparent. Our home was left neat and orderly and the workmanship spoke highly for itself. I have had this company come in and redo considerable rework that was done by ALB Painting.Again a great job. I have been very impressed by CertaPro. I am having them do additional painting at my business. I highly recommend CertaPro.

It went very well and they did all that had been agreed upon.

The price was reasonable, much less than a 2nd bid that I received from another company. They did a very good job and were very professional. They did work around my schedule to get it done quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Showed up as discussed for quote and work. Quote was far less than other bids I had recevied so I immediatley asked to schedule work. Owner and worker showed up on the day the work was done we discussed in detail the work, I added the stair risers which wasn't on the original quote with no problem and the worker got started right away. The work was excellent, I was so happy I added the kitchen and crown molding. Additional bid was very reasonable and the remainder of the work was completed the following week, the the same level of expertise as the original work.

Power wash, especially of brick (north facing) front was great. Did not realize how dirty the bricks were. Painting of composition (south facing rear) panels and all fascia and soffit panels equally great. Nowhere were any evidences of paint spills or other debris.

Over all they completed the job on time , have had no problem with the paint, still looks good a year later. The price stayed the same as the estimate. TheClean Up was done very well.

Went okay; they hurried up at the last minute and didn't hang up blinds correctly on 1 window.
