Description of Work: Painted kitchen and replaced joint and painted damaged spot in living room. Quote included grey primer for kitchen, primer was never used, price never went down. Quote also included paint for living room, ended up using our paint and price never went down. So the price for the grey primer and the living room paint that was added into quote, what did we do? Purchase primer and paint for someone else's job in the future? Also, the owner, Thomas Wilson was involved in quote and came out to get guys started. After that, never heard from him again. Never got a call to see if job was completed to satisfaction, never came by to see how his guys did... nothing. To me that was poor business as an owner. Our living room ceiling looks like crap but we just deal with it. Won't use this company again or recommend them.

We are sorry to learn of this client’s disappointment in our work that was completed 3 months ago. The amount of work she requested took less than a day to complete. After the painters were finished, she gave them a check for payment and did not indicate that she was displeased with any of their work at that time. When we started her project, I gave her my card with my cell phone number and asked her to call if she had any questions or concerns. Our National Call Center tried to contact her after the job was completed (as they do with all of our clients) but were unable to reach her. They also did not receive a call back from her regarding the work that was completed in her home. With regard to the paint supplies, the bid was quoted for homeowner-supplied paint for the Kitchen per her request. In the Family Room, she requested we only do touchups where the ceiling was repaired. She also found that she had leftover ceiling paint from when the ceiling was painted previously. We did use her paint as it allowed for the small touch up areas to better match the rest of the ceiling than would patches made with a different batch of paint. Since opening our doors in 2008, we have completed more than 1000 jobs. 94.6% of our customers that responded to our surveys indicated they would refer us to friends or neighbors. It is unfortunate that she experience was not the positive experience typically enjoyed by our customers. We are easy to reach and very responsive if ever a customer shares with us that there are areas in our work that need to be touched up after the work is completed.
