Description of Work: Removed and replaced 6,000 sqr ft of roofing. It took them three days to remove old roofing and they replaced it with 30# felt and GAF timberline shingles to specs to meet Galveston County Texas Windstorm requirements. I have a home with a steep pitch and they did a good job with no accidents. The owner and the job foreman were very nice and professional to work with. The clean up was good.

Description of Work: I called dispatch and they called cell and left message to call back with schedule information. I called the cell phone back and it went to message. Left message on our desired service date and never heard from him again. If they don't want business just say so. I am not going to chase them down.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for repairs to my roof. The woman told me that someone would call me back to make an appointment. They never called back so I started looking elsewhere. I certainly would not want a company that does not respond to a request for business working on something as important as my roof.

Description of Work: Called Bay Area Roofing more than a week for an estimate on a roof leak repair job. Was told their estimator would call me. Two days passed nothing happened. So I called again and was told again the estimator would call me soon. Well by now one whole week passed and I still heard nothing from them. Fortunately I already found another roofer who responded within one day. With rainy days around I waited my time on Bay Area Roofer to get the roof fixed in time.

Description of Work: They installed gutters along the back of the house. They were quick, efficient, and the gutters look like they've always been there. Communication with the company was sparse, but the service and price were excellent. We'll have them back next spring to put gutters around the rest of the house.
