Description of Work: Bay Area Foundation was very responsive (called me back immediately and scheduled a free estimate), answered all of my questions, repaired my foundation very quickly and cleaned up/returned my yard as closely as possible. My only complaint was that they accidentally knocked out my ATT line during the repair and I was without Internet or TV for 2 days. But overall I was very impressed with their work and efficiency.

 + -1 moreOur experience with Bay Area Foundation Repair was nothing but positive. When they came to do the estimate they were professional, punctual, and thorough. I felt like they did a good job inspecting the house to quote the entire scope of work required. They also took the time to explain why and exactly what work I needed to complete the project. Their pricing was very competitive with other companies we considered. After we agreed to work with them they were able to do the work sooner than originally estimated. Once the work began, they were very efficient and professional. They worked with my schedule so that when I needed to be at the house it was convenient. They also completed the work faster than expected. Bay Area Foundation Repair is a family owned company, and they do not use contractor to do the manual labor. To me, this was just another positive aspect of their operation.
