The inspection was pretty thorough and on time.

Mr. Robert was ever so patient with me. Being my first home, my uncle came to inspect the A/C for us as well. Mr. Robert was so thorough and helpful and even collaborated with my uncle for repair plans and information. His pricing was extremely competitive, seeing that everyone else in the area quoted anywhere from $450 all the way to $675. In his inspection he says he uses infrared technology to inspect beneath the walls (seemingly for electrical shorts, etc.), but I did not witness him actually do that. I was running behind, so he may have done it in the presence of my uncle, but I wasn't %100 sure he did. Even if he hadn't, his inspection was very informative, he made me feel at ease, and gave me his honest opinion about repairs and even advice on pool maintenance! I would absolutely call him again and have already recommended him to two of my friends!

Well let me just say.. I am SO glad we hired ATEX. Robert saved us a lot of wasted time and money!! I have never really thought about having a home inspection before but our Real Estate agent recommended it and we found ATEX through Google. I enjoyed the website it was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Robert came out and inspected the house within 2 days of us contacting him which was very nice. He was very meticulous and found things I would have never thought to look for. (Needless to say we will always invest in a home inspection with ATEX from here on out) Robert found that the home we were looking at had some serious foundation problems that the sellers tried to cover up. Robert arrived on time and was assisted by his son. Throughout the inspection he provided tips on how to maintain the home. The whole inspection including thermal imaging was complete thoroughly and in approx 2hrs. We are happy with service provided and plan on using them again

He did a thorough inspection. However he did not do the thermal imaging his website promised. Also his report was very hard to read. My wife couldn't believe how bad it was. His reports are hard to read and he doesn't group the pictures with the categories. They are all at the bottom and you have to piece together which picture goes with which. BAH!
