It did not go well from the beginning of this experience. I used this company before I don't understand why the have poor business skills. I guess Sandra and Oscar do not understand the 80/20 rule of business. The 80/20 rule of business is 80% of your sales comes from 20% of your customers. In the beginning Alberto a relative of the family did everything incorrect, first I told them I wanted a quote for 2 town homes and the master room in a third townhouse. He give me a quote for only one and the master bedroom in the third. So, I was amazed when I got to the job to see an entire townhouse not even touch. I suggested I would pay him when he finished the entire job that he quoted me, The initial quote was $1800.00. So he suggested that I pay him for the first balance from the first wrong quote. I sent the information to Oscar and Sandra verbally and also via text message. What I wanted done and where I wanted it done. So I was like fine I've done business with this company before. Next I had to add a another $1400.00 to the bill. But that was fine because I knew the initial quote was kind low for this particular project. While Alberto and another guy were installing carpet in one unit upstairs the the door to another wide open so anyone could go in the unit. I told him not do that. So, they finished the job week later then due date. Then Alberto was supposedly finished with the job I went by to inspect the job before I paid Sandra and Oscar the owners of ABC Carpet. There were scraps of carpet everywhere pad left downstairs and a door was removed and not re installed . So then I called Alberto and asked him did they suppose vacuum the carpet when finished He stated no, Then I asked him to come and put the door backup he stated I will come over and put it up tomorrow. Let just say I'm still waiting. So then I go to the office to pay Sandra the balance, She asked if everything went well? I stated yeah except Alberto left a door down and he said he would go by and put it back up and I also asked her about vacuuming the carpet. She stated no but he was supposed to pickup the scraps of carpet. She stated sorry that is why I hate dealing with family and in the future if you have any problems call me then I will take care of it. Lastly I noticed some more poor workmanship and quality on the job. I called Sandra to let her know she stated I will take care of it. A week later nothing . I call her she stated I going to send Oscar (owner). another week nothing. I then go to the office. Oscar is operating the forklift. I told him about my problem regarding the last job and I told him that I had 2 more jobs for them in the future but I did not want Alberto on them. He stated we fired Alberto and have Sandra put you on the schedule for today. Still nothing.

They were good and very fast. They removed the old carpet and put the new carpet in and they were done in about 2 hours
