Everything went GREAT with A1 yesterday. They were super responsive and was able to squeeze in my job within hours notice. The workers showed up on time. They worked very carefully and was very cautious with the furniture. Nothing scratched or broken. Scheduling and paying was easy. We will definitely use them again. They were 100% polite, professional, and flexible to my schedule. We highly recommend them!

The owner is a joke he won’t move you when he says and will insult you when you tell him that he’s not following what he agreed to do. He tried sending a 16ft truck and only 2 guys to move my 4 bedroom! And kept the $200 deposit when I found someone who wasn’t a waste of my time. Other reviews say the same. He also breaks things and refuses to replace them if he ever does actually get around to moving you. My guess because he doesn’t even own his own trucks he has no intention of moving me and just keeps peoples deposits. What a scam he claims to be a Christian and the way he acts I doubt it. Everyone has been warned!

Our experience was terrible. We were told they would be there at 8:30A.M. and did not show until after 9:30A.M. They told us it would take 1 day and it took 2. They did extensive damage to our hardwood floors and stairs on floors two, three and four. They damaged our sectional sofa so bad it had to be replaced. They did over $1000 in damage to our refrigerator. We had to move back out of our house less than two months after moving in to have the floors repaired at our expense. It took 3 men over 3 hours to do the touch up paint from the damage they caused. We asked for an itemized, detailed invoice for over a month and only received an invoice with a total. The owner David Hernandez Jr., via email, said he would take care of all of the damages and has not. We now have to take legal action to get back as much of our very hard earned money as possible. The owner David Hernandez Jr. has no integrity and does not keep his word. I would not recommend anyone to use A1 Best Movers services as they have proved to me they are low rate and nonprofessional amateurs in the moving business.

That was terrific. He did exactly what I want to do, he quoted me a very fair price and give me discount after that. They took care the issue and I was really impressed. I just like the whole thing. They came in, they wrapped the piano, covered it with a thing, lifted it, putting out a typical casters and carefully move in on the truck, it was mechanical lifted on the truck and somebody stayed on the back of the truck to make sure it didn't move around. It was about four miles moved and it was good.

We made a date to unload truck at storage area, they were prompt and careful in placing all items in storage and made sure all were stack so as not to damage anything. When it was time to go from storage to home called David to arrange move and ended up canceling on him twice (home was not finished) he took it in stride and when the final move actually happened, they got to our storage place, we left, they loaded and then came to our new home. Things could not have gone better. The price based on unloading a truck and a pod into storage AND unloading storage into our home.
