Mike was very knowledgeable and reviewed several other items regarding home maintenance. He took the time to explain some things around my house. We were offered 3 levels of repair at different price points. We chose the middle plan and that has fixed the problem as well as preventing another potential problem.

Our plumber Mike made sure to check that the problem had been repaired by running a test afterwords. My water bill is already down by 1/2, since the toilet is no longer leaking. So satisfied with the service.

Needed to replace our leaking water heater. We were very pleased with both the price and information Mike provided us. The office kept us informed when Mike was delayed. Also had two leaking outdoor faucets replaced. The work was well performed and done quickly and cleanly.

I emailed in the evening. The hot water faucet was completely stripped. They called back and confirmed the work. No charge for an estimate. They called in the morning to reconfirm. And then Will came and replaced all the bathtub faucets. Nice, friendly, and did not charge too much. I would use again.
