I called and they came out the next day. I had three outside faucets that needed to be replaced. They completed the work in about 30 minutes, and I am very pleased with their work and cleanup.

I am a property manager; Reliable, I liked the prompt courtesy service - not sure about the value - great at communicating; I agreed to pay the job cost, even tho pricing seemed high; for their service area, it might be reasonable. I was disappointed in the troubleshooting results and the job cost for parts and labor.

Great service

Our hot water heater was not putting out any hot water at all. Turned out the reset button was pushed and the plumber said we should start getting hot water and he was right. Best of all there was no charge. We were very thankful!

They always call a day ahead to verify, they call the day of and give you their estimated time of arrival. Mike, the tech who came to my home, is always polite, he never starts the job without giving me a quote, he was efficient and he leaves everything neat and clean when he's done and always covers his shoes before entering my home. Great job!

Very professional. Did not have to have WH replaced. Installed a new thermostat valve that had proved to be faulty on the model I had. Didn't want to go through another week without hot water waiting on the manufacturer to get me the new valve so I just bit the bullet and had them install it. After diagnosing the problem, the plumber went back to his office to get the part and I had hot water that afternoon. Great service. A little pricey but it was in line with a previous estimate that I received but was going to have to wait a day or two on.

They diagnosed the problem, came up with a better solution than we expected, and did lots of hard work in the hot sun. Experience and expertise worked wonders.

I had a little problem with the water to my ice maker and they came right back out promptly and fixed it "under warranty" (free). Cheerfully. Chris the owner himself came. Very nice. I can't rate the charges because I don't have any way to compare. Seemed reasonable to me for 2 guys for a few hours plus the 2 faucets. Glenda D

Easy to work with, came right out to give estimate. Not a low price, but fair after seeing what he had to do to complete job. When he ran into a snag, he took care of it without raising the price and didn't complain. Owner came out to do job, very personable. Replaced shower valve and faucets through the wall, moved refrigerator water shutoff box 3 ft over in the wall, installed gas shutoff valve and recessed box in the wall, and replaced shutoff valve outside next to house. Appreciated that he didn't rush through the job, but did it carefully.

Prompt, no BS or upsell, courteous and easy to deal with, honest, not the lowest price but fairly close and easiest to deal with.
