Broderick was our technician and he was great! Gave us a clear explanation of the problem. Very professional and nice.

The plumbers were very professional. You could easily tell they were passionate about their work. They did an outstanding job cleaning up after removing the old water heater and installing a new one. I am very pleased to have used them.

Although it was a difficult repair, they did an excellent job. And although the repair job was a little pricey, it was a fair price. I would definitely recommend and will call them for future jobs.

I was impressed at the professionalism, first of the office manager, Vicky, then of Emmanuel when he arrived with an apprentice. They wore uniforms and put slippers on over their shoes when they entered my house. Simple things but not everyone does that. Emmanuel was very knowledgeable, polite, and explained what needed to be done in an easy-to-understand manner. He answered all my questions. When they did the job, tarps were placed on the floors in the hallway and in the surrounding area of the hot water tank. They completed the installation in less time than I had anticipated, and they swept up the area. Emmanuel checked and double-checked everything to make sure it was in working order, and he did not leave until he was satisfied with his workmanship. Vicky, in the office, was friendly and professional and always available. The quote for the installation was not the lowest price I had been given, although it was very close. A couple of companies that I asked for quotes from, did not come to the house but gave me a verbal quote over the phone, one asked me to take pictures of the existing hot water tank. I do not think that is good enough. I felt 1-800-Plumber was the most professional and I felt they had integrity and honesty. I would hire this company again for any plumbing jobs.

I had a 14 year old water in my attic and after the pilot lite went out for the second time, i decided to get a new heater. I called 1800 plumber at 3 pm and Chad arrived at 5. He went into the attic and re lit the pilot so i would have hot water. Anyway i bought a new heater, which was installed the next morning. Everything was perfect and i highly recommend 1-800-plumber and especially Chad
