Great service. They responded within a couple of hours. Had to replace my disposal. A little pricier than I expected, but to be honest, I really wasn't familiar just how much this usually costs. The product they replaced my old one with was a lot bigger and beefier than the one I had. The plumber was very friendly and professional. I would use them again.

Kris and Chad installed a touch faucet at our kitchen sink. The install window was12-2, and the dispatcher called at 11:45 to tell me the guys were on their way. They arrived promptly at 12:00, introduced themselves, gave me a price and got to work. Kris and Chad were both very knowledgeable and very friendly. We will definitely use 1-800-Pearland Plumber again.

Mike was courteous and professional. He assessed the situation and correctly made the right diagnosis in a timely fashion and was able to replace the part in a matter minutes. They did great work. Don't hesitate...would hire again!

The work was done on a Sunday. They were the first ones that came with an estimated time of arrival. Kris showed up pretty fast. Took care of the problem right away. Provided additional recommendation for things that needs further attention. The service was great. Probably expensive, $375.00 and it took him about 10 minutes to finish it. But he was very professional and the job was done promptly.

I've used 800 Plumber on a couple of call outs. Dennis and the rest of the team do an excellent and professional job throughout the process (consulting, quoting, scheduling, and the actual work itself). I've used them to repair some busted plumbing and to remove and replace a master tub.

This was the second Mike had come to my house and he did a great job each visit. I appreciated his work ethic and the fact that he explained what the problem was and how he planned to correct the problem. He also mentioned other options should his original plan not be successful. My neighbor recommended 1-800-Plumber to me a few years ago and I am so glad that she did - I recommend them every time someone tells me of plumbing issues they are having.

He not only replaced my toilet but also a faucet in my kitchen. He replace the toilet ring that came with the toilet with a better one. Dennis was professional, expedient and knowledgeable. Besides completing the job he was called for, he also at his suggestion and our agreement improved/fixed the other problem with our toilets' sluggish performance. The BEST plumber we've dealt with.

However, the price was right and I was flabbergasted when they said they would complete it that very day. Mike and Mason were very courteous and knowledgeable. They had to replace a pipe under my landscaping and were very careful to only disturb what they had to without leaving a big mess. I was very impressed with both of them and will continue to use this company for all my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them.

Very responsive! Our sewer pipers were cracked with tree roots. They were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I also had them replace a hot water heater and faucet knobs. Very reasonable price. Will E. lead the team and was outstanding in getting us back on line with the plumbing issues. Highly recommended and will use them again. Extremely pleased that they could provide immediate service.

I called and they came out the next day. I had three outside faucets that needed to be replaced. They completed the work in about 30 minutes, and I am very pleased with their work and cleanup.
