They were prompt, friendly and efficient. They repaired 2 toilets and unstopped a bathtub and reconnected a sink stopper. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Price was very fair. I would recommend this company.

They were polite, got the problem fixed and didn't try to upsell. Always a good thing. We may hire them again in the near future for some other work we anticipate needing done.

My kitchen sink never drained well since I bought the house three years ago. When it stopped draining, I had no choice but to try and get it fixed. I have a home warranty so they sent out a plumber. He said that I needed an expensive clean out built outside of my home without even looking under the sink or into the pipes with a camera. Kyle with 1-800-Plumber was the second plumber to come out and look at my stoppage. Kyle arrived, looked under my sink with a flashlight and immediately saw what the problem was. He was able to fix it that same day!

I had a non-emergency problem that I still wanted taken care of quickly. The scheduler was very polite and friendly. They were able to come out in one day and got the job done. The plumbers were professional and did a good job. Plumbing always costs more than I would like, but this was not much more than I would have hoped and was about exactly what I anticipated.

Excellent faucet installation and clean-up. The cost, however, was high even after a military discount! I need a bath lavatory faucet replacement and I will call 1-800 Plumber and hold my back pocket!!

Chrissy was very helpful over the phone and getting the job setup and scheduled. Kris was on time for estimate and job. Diagnosed the problem quickly and described exactly what needed to be done. Knowledgeable and careful and courteous. Would use this company again.

They came over to give me an estimate. I liked 'em and hired them on the spot. They had my new water heater installed in a couple of hours.

Overall nice work - but a flat fee of $175 for a leak diagnostic seemed expensive.
