Customer service via the main telephone number was great. Got a phone call this morning letting me know the guys were on the way. Kris and Earnest showed up within an hour, fixed the problems, we had a good conversation and they were very professional. Thank you very much....I'll be using your company the next time around!! This company was great. Their customer service from the office to the field was excellent. I had a leak in my gas line and they were able to get someone out immediately, even with a storm coming. The work crew seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. Will definitely use them again.

They were awesome. We were out of country when our water heater went out. Our daughter was home with no hot water. Approximately 30 minutes after we received their call there was a representative at the house. Unfortunately our water heater was history. My next question was when would they be able to install a new one. The rep made a phone call and said he could do it right now. My daughter advised that both gentlemen that installed were very professional and polite. My experience with them was so pleasant including the lady that set up the appointment. They went out of their way to help us in a time of need. Great company and great people. Thank you again!!! Highly recommend!

From the person in the office who took my request for service to Kyle Urban the technician who did the work I felt I was working with a company that was customer focused and very honest. Kyle diagnosed the issue and gave an estimate to repair. I felt the estimate was fair and he performed the work that day. They guaranteed the work for 1 year and assured all was working properly prior to leaving. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing service.

They will work with you nicely, honest. They did what they said they would do and even noticed that our water heater was rusted and leaking. After some negotiations, 1-800-Plumber installed a new water heater for us. We are very pleased.

Jeff was on time, efficient, effective and personable. He diagnosed the issue quickly, thought about his course of action and immediately applied the solution. The only issue was, since he didn't have this specific issue priced in his book, he had to make up a price. It might have been a bit high for the work done and time invested. Otherwise they were terrific. We will use them again.
