I had been looking for a long time for honest and reliable plumbers and I finally found them. I have used Mike and Will for several jobs and they are always prompt and courteous, and always provide excellent customer service. I recently had them install a tankless hot water heater and Chad did an excellent job. They go out of their way to make me feel like an important customer and I completely trust the quality of their work.

I was in a predicament when I had a deadline for the sale of my home. Our renter left our dishwasher and sink clogged up and I needed next day service. 1-800 PoP came out and cleared the clog even when the water was turned off and electricity. When everything was back online everything worked great. Great service very professional and great price for next day service. Thanks again. Highly recommend.

EMERGENCY!!! But they were able to show yp within 30 min. Kind,courteous, and fair for the situation.

They sent Kyle out within a few hours of our calling them to replace our leaking washing machine shut off valve, outdoor hose faucet and toilet shut off valve. Everything was repaired better than new, and Kyle kept us informed of everything he was doing.

Prompt service. They showed up on the day I called. the plumber,s work was clean, quick and good. Payment was with a credit card using a tablet which was easy. Price was quoted prior to start of job but I believe is a bit pricey compared to other plumbing company

Ihad a smell coming from master bathroom sink. The Tech. cleaned the pipes and now no smell. Good work.

A volunteer was helping cut the sheetrock from my house and accidentally sliced a hot water hose in the kitchen. It stopped spraying water / leaking when we turned off the hot water. Even though it was going to be an incredibly minor job, I couldn't access the connection to the hose that needed to be replaced without damaging additional sheet rock, so we called the pro. Sure enough, he actually just cut out the damaged section of the house and put another connector on it. Took him all of 5 minutes. However, instead of charging the full rate, the pro gave us a discount in light of the job requirements and in consideration of the damage to our house. We certainly appreciate it!

We called Thursday evening with a leaking water pipe. They set up an appointment for Friday morning between 10am-12pm. The Plumber, Kyle Urban showed up around 8:30am. He found and fixed the leak very quickly. The price charged was very reasonable. This was done within a few hours of Hurricane Harvey approaching the Southern Texas Coast. Ive had their service before and have always been satisfied.
