Our service tech was David and he was able to come out the same day I called. He and his partner Christopher worked really hard to dislodge the clog from our kitchen sink. After sometime the clog was finally dislodged and now everything is running great. They were both very professional and would definitely hire again.

They were fast and efficient. They had the problem fixed in under one hour. The service men were great. I will definitely use them again.

Plumbers were friendly knowledgeable did a great job.

I have just discovered today that these guys are a bunch of (no expletives suffice). Been doing business with them for years and rather than make confident that they did a job right that they have already been called out twice to do (and have found a way to charge me twice by conning me into a camera job the second time, which they reported to me was all clear). Now that I have had to call them a third time, they want to charge me more money. They know my house after all these years and that when cleaned properly clogs about once every year or two and not three times in a month and a half or two months. So, rather than hassle with them over another couple of hundred bucks, I have moved on and found a company that includes the camera and six months warranty for one low price. So the price for jacking with me over a couple of hundred? You won’t be called again for new water heaters, new water lines, fixed leaks, and subsequent clogs equaling the thousandsI have spent with you guys over the last almost decade . I am heart broken over this. This may be what happens when the youngsters are trusted. Haven’t seen or heard from the nice old guy I used to do business with. Stay away from this business. They stink. I even told them I would be posting this on numerous sites and no one would listen. I am reasonable. If this were a year like normal or even six months I would probably have rolled with it, but this is horrible. I will not be silent. ..update…. Just got a report from the new folks working on my house who questioned what kind of camera work I paid for because he just found all kinds of believable issues that have probably been there forever and explain why I continue to have issues. So much for the all clear camera report that I got from these Pearland folks. 1800 Pearland won’t be getting the money I am going to be paying to get this fixed. They might have been getting the money if they had done what they were supposed to a few weeks ago and found the issues that have been there for a long time. I got sent a live video from friends on site. It was not clear. A good business would give me a refund for their crappy work. This is not a good business….in case they respond I have five things to say 1) When they explained what they did, I know it was wrong because of how they said they did it and they never listened and actually did it right. It has always been fixed through another entry than they used. 2) when I told the new guy some of the stuff he let me know they probably didn’t know what they were doing 3)I have first hand witnesses of the work both plumbers did and they can attest to the difference. 4)we will see if I can update in a year that it lasted as should. 5)That’s 400+ down the drain. These guys are thieves and con artists in my opinion. I gave them every opportunity to make this right over several phone calls and they just wanted to charge me more.

I can't remember exactly, but it wasn't over $300. They were very prompt, and they gave me a quote upfront. My only complaint was that they left two little caps off that I'm not able to put on myself.

That was fairly expensive. It turned out to be a lot more expensive than I expected. I understand the work effort and could see where it needed to be the way he did it. I'd give them an "A" for everything with the exception of the price. I was literally surprised by the cost but like I say, I knew exactly what they did so I understand the cost basics. When you get surprised by the price you aren't particularly in a mood to give them a good grade on anything. Because of that issue I would not use them again.

Worker spent time necessary to solve both problems. He stayed well into the evening. No charge for reseating the toilet because he removed it as a part of unclogging one line.

I did some price comparison and they basically told me what they were going to do and I just went with them. They are local in my area.

Guys showed up in the window specified. Neat, professional and enjoyable to deal with. Removed old plastic valve, cut the wall, installed a new valve with brass fittings, put in new wall plate, and hooked up toilet. No muss, no fuss. In and out in 30 minutes. Very professional, nothing to clean up afterward, and a couple of fun guys. Great experience.

This leak fixed last year by another plumbing company not to be named. At the time we didn't know it was the same one. The technician was very helpful. He explained the issue, and why it wasn't repaired correctly. He also identified another leak and fixed it as well. We had both of them fixed for half of what the plumber charged last year. I will definitely use them again. They were the only plumbing company that was willing to come out right away to fix the leak. I am so grateful that we still have good companies like this, that make sure they do a good job.

I've come to the conclusion that I can't trust any other plumbing service. Despite having home insurance and needing to go through their contractors, I was able to fight to get these guys to work on my house and they were well worth the fight. Thanks for earning my trust!

Checked all pipes for pressure and ensure water flow was sufficient without leaks. Did not include hot water heater inspection or flush. Price was fair but would have liked the hot water heater to get looked at during the process.

We called last minute and they quickly responded. Their service was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

Everything went alright, I am satisifed with the work that was done, and my shower is no longer clogged.

They were responsive and honest, I mean they communicated very well. I really liked them. I was very happy with what they did, I have complete confidence in them.

Plumber showed up on time. One of the washer water faucets was leaking and there was a need for both to be replaced. Plumber cut the sheetrock, and cut it neatly and professionally and replaced the cut sheetrock that will allow us to do some minor work to get it back to what originally was. Plumber did an excellent and professional job, leaving everything back in place and clean. He also took a look at our water heater in the attic that was acting up and re-lit the pilot and it is now working properly (he did not charge for this). He charged us exactly what he quoted. These guys will be our plumbers for life!

The overall experience was great. Mark knew what to do and got right to it. He gave me an estimate and waited for my approval. Once I approved the price, he was done in no time. He even quoted me $20 to fix a minor issue on my shower head and didn't charge me because it wasn't really resolved. My only concern was the price. I read in one review that they charged $50 an hour. When I called and asked if they charged an hourly or minimum service rate, I was assured that there was no set rate. When Mark came out, he did provide me with a free estimate. However, he told me that their minimum charge was $130. He also never mentioned the coupon from Angie's list until I did. The experience would have been much better if it wasn't for the price. I felt it could have cost me a lot less with another company if I had the time to compare prices. The $130 minimum charge will definitely cause me to think twice before calling back for service. Nevertheless, Mark was prompt, courteous, &professional.

I am a single mom, and I absolutely hate calling repairmen to my home. It?s a rarity to find a company that doesn?t take advantage of my ignorance of home repair (especially in emergency situations). Dennis not only fixed my current problems, he replaced all 3 of my outside faucets and fixed a running toilet for free. I definitely recommend 1-800-plumber. They know what they are doing, and you can be confident they will do it right without taking advantage of you.

Water heater went out on a Friday night. Called 1800 Plumber and they were out first thing in the morning on Saturday. Replaced my water heater in a about an hours time. Great service and Warranty.

They were excellent! They showed up right on time and they were reasonably priced ($50 an hour). They treated us in a professional manner and followed up. We had to call them back a couple of weeks later for another plumbing job. We would definitely recommend them.

Responded in a very timely manner (even on a Saturday). Very professional. Faucets are working fine now (not leaking). Provides a service warranty as well.

After calling 2 other plumbers that were too busy to come find out why I had water pooling in my front yard and running into the street, my neighbor recommended I call his plumber (1-800 Plumber). I called and they came out at 8pm which was after hours for them. After determining that the problem could wait until the morning, they came back as promised at 8:30am. I received a call in the morning to let me know they were on there way. They were prompt, courteous, kind, and professional. I will definitely call them in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Dennis and his sons care very much about doing a first rate job . Our first experience using them was to replace all existing horizontal pipes in a four thousand square foot ranch house. They did an excellent job; efficient and very professional...they actually cleaned up better than anyone I have had in my house. So I was confident in asking them to come back to connect the pool heater.

The plumber arrived on time (actually early, but they called first to be certain that would be okay with us). They did the work, were efficient, careful and left the work site cleaner than it was when they arrived. We will use their services again.
