Description of Work: Both our bathrooms , toilets and showers had backed up. I called 1-800-Plumber. i spoke to a very friendly and understanding woman. She asked for details about our problem and deemed it an emergency. She said she would see if she could get someone to take a look right away. She called me back 15 mins. later and said that someone would be by about 4:00 PM and that because we were having thunder storms he may not be able to complete the job. It was also getting dark. He came by and searched for my drain trap on the outside of the house but couldn't anything. He didn't charge us and said he would be by at 9:00 AM. He and another man showed up promptly at 9:00 AM. They searched for the trap again and decided to go onto the roof and and fix the clog that way. Within minutes we had flushing toilets. They were quick, neat and polite. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They also guaranteed their work. Linda
