Dennis Collins replaced all old water pipes throughout the entire home. Sheetrock had to be cut in several of the rooms; therefore, I had to find someone who could repair the openings afterwards. He then came back out to the home to set the toilet after the sheetrock (behind the toilet) had been repaired. Everyone was very courteous and professional. My only complaint would be that the overall price was a little more than I thought it should have been, but Dennis had done the same work for one of my friends, and came highly recommended, even before I found him on "Angie's List"! Yes, I would use 1-800-PLUMBER again!

I was most impressed with the service I received, the promptness, the price and the professionalism. I have had no further problems but, if or when problems arise in the future I will certainly call 1-800Plumber!

I was experiencing backup into my toilets and tub/showers. He (Mike) ran a cable through to my main sewer line to pull out a blockage. There was no access to the clean out via the exterior of the house, so he had to lift one of the toilets and access the main line from there. He explained everything in detail. One year back-up warranty included. I it happens again, it will be no cost and they will put a camera in the line for further inspection. Came after hours at 7pm. Very punctual and handled the business end very professionally as well, explaining the details on the invoice. Will call again without hesitation if needed.

Everytime I washed in my garage, the water from my washer would back up in my kitchen sink. I called Todd. He came and explained to me that I didn't have a clean out valve for him to run a cable to clean out the stoppage. He gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. He came back in a couple of days. He called before he came back and was very prompt. He did an excellent job and was very professional. He cleaned up all the mess. I would highly recommend him for any type of plumbing.

They were very fast and courteous. They came right over and took care of our problems. They waited for me while I went and got another toilet and installed it when I brought it back.

On Saturday afternoon, in an attempt to replace the shower fixture ourselves, we broke part of the shower fixture that sits behind the wall. We called several plumbers and no one could fit us in on Saturday, although 1-800-Plumbers tried. Ultimately, they agreed to come Sunday morning and completed all of the work in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price, given that it was a Sunday morning call. The technician was efficient and very professional. I would definitely call them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Called 1-800-Plumber hoping to find someone to come out and fix some leaky connections before my family moved in to our new house. They were professional, accommodating, and nice to work with. We would use them again.

Two huge live oak trees too close to house planted in 1982 when house was built. The tree roots under the house had eventually grown to a place where the plumbing was broken when the house foundation was poured. The pipe was a drain from small bathroom toilet and roots grew into the pipe to a point that it reached the main drain sewer pipe of the house and caused a clog in the pipe effecting the upstream toilet, shower and sinks. Attempts to remove the roots with pipe router was unsuccessful so it became necessary to tunnel under the house 14 feet to reach the problem. Tunneling and removing dirt took approximately 3 days, plumbing fix took 30 minutes and replacing the dirt with new dirt and compacting the dirt took about a day. New dirt had to be hauled in because most of the old dirt was clay and compacted so much that it was like rock and would compact well if used. The job was completed and the yard was returned just a good as was prior to job start.

They are really easy to work with. They are reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with the job that they did.

They were excellent. They made sure that the problem was resolved even though it took a lot of time and a lot of work. They ran bleach through our entire system to clear the buildup in the pipes. The price was right on with the estimate they gave me. They really did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I got the estimate in April but delayed work until I got my water bill in May, needless to say it was higher than normal. I called on Monday evening to schedule the job Wednesday or later assuming it would be later. I was pleased to get scheduled for Wednesday. I originally planned to work from home the day of service, but couldn't so I left a key for Randy and his team. I was a little concerned the new sink fixtures would not match the ones I replaced a few years ago. The only indications they came and did work were the lack of leaks, shinney new fixtures ( the sinks matched my earlier replacements!!!!), the receipt for the work performed and the owner's guide for the new water heater. No mess, nothing missing. Not only did they honor the estimate from the beginning of April, they even fixed my toilet seat and a second toilet I did not know was running at no extra cost. I am very pleased with their work and have no hesitation to hire them again.
