nothing short of evil! lies and lies, evil deeds done.
Description of Work: doug was supposed to put down a dog deemed unadoptable. he swore it would be done humanely, exactly as a vet would do it . first sedation done with IV, and then the drug used to stop their heart well, he did neither before i could react he gave the dog a shot of something? had to be poison or an overdose of drugs the dog took off in a small area, ran circles completely freaking out. pooped all over itself, and then with a big heave he fell almost folded in half. i have never gotten over what i saw. he is a monster! i would swear to this in court!

Completely a great experience, and appreciate all the knowledge, care and professionalism of Mr. Worthy. He arrived on time, and took time to answer all my questions and concerns.
Description of Work: Located feral kittens in my garage / basement and raccoons in my chimney. Got the raccoons to leave my chimney (mother and babies) and did so without harming them. Discussed ideas for property management to limit wildlife entering my home and / or immediate vicinity.

I called this gentleman on the recommendation of another removal/pest control service as they were too booked to get to me within 48 hours. Doug informed me he would be 30 minutes late for a 10am appt. I had a dead rat in the attic of my brand new house and my master bedroom, bathroom and closet smelled horrific. I called this gentleman, and when he came out, he was more interested in going over how the rat got in and what he couldn't do about it, rather than actually looking around in my attic and seeing if he could find where it had died. He pointed out the rat tracks, and the opening in the flashing that needed to be fixed. He spent a total of 30 seconds in my attic, pronounced that the dead rat must be in the wall, and that he didn't want to punch holes in my brand new walls. He suggested we just live with the smell until it went away and to go "Get yourself a bag of charcoal and crush it up, and that will absorb the odor." He was at my house a total of ten to fifteen minutes. What it boils down to is that he didn't want to crawl around my attic (the job I paid for) and find the rat. I argued about the fee, because I felt $150 for him to tell me what he couldn't do was steep. He responded (snidely), "Well I guess $75 will cover my gas." That's all I paid him and he immediately cashed the check. A couple hours later I called the builder. They came over, no questions asked, and found the rat in the insulation in the attic. It took them maybe 15 minutes. I wish I had called them first instead of wasting $75 on this business.
Description of Work: Contracted to remove a dead rat in my attic.

My experience has been phenomenal. He is licensed by the state of Texas. He is a no-kill animal catcher. He has come every day since we signed the contract to check the traps. He will never leave an animal in a trap for days on end. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed animals removed from their attic.
Description of Work: Catching squirrels out of my attic.
