The team made it so easy to get our roof repaired. They were quick to get out here to give an estimate, were clear and concise on what needed to be done. In the middle of a new gutter install, the workers found wood rot and had to stop for repairs. Tri-Star came right out and replaced the rotten boards, and pointed out other repairs that could be a problem. For a very reasonable price, they replaced seals that will extend the life of my roof. I lost some vinyl trim during a storm a few years ago, and they scheduled to come back with the replacement pieces. Tina and Angel were great to work with. I'm looking forward to the final phase of my roof repair because I can stratch this project off my list.

Tri-star was the first company to call me back when I put in a request for an old cracking skylight that was in need of replacement. They sent out an employee to check out my problem, which the employee also noticed all the vent pipes coming out the top of my roof were rusting. I had noticed the rusting maybe 2 or 3 years earlier and did want to do something about it. So when they recommended preventative maintenance by coating the vent pipes with a special paint to keep them from rusting even more, and making sure everything was secure around the pipes and would check for loose nails and shingles I decided to go with Tri-star. They also recommended a double dome skylight for added protection from cracking or breaking, which I went with. They did all the work in a very timely manner, they kept me informed daily on what was going on with the job and were very professional all the way around!! I will definitely go with tri-star for any roofing needs in the future!!

Tri-Star called me back very quickly after I submitted my project request to fix a roof leak. The customer service and communication on the phone and via email was excellent. A gentleman named Angel came to assess the situation that same morning. I was given a quote from the office, approved it, and the work was done quickly and well. I received before and after photos via email. My roof didn't leak in the last few rains! I would definitely recommend.

Tri-State sent a real professional who has known the roofing business for years. We were getting double talk from our insurance company and other roofers and Tri-Star solved the problem of the leak(s) for a reasonable amount and in a professional manner.
