Description of Work: Dan Shannon, with S-N-S Remodeling remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and did a great job for us! The workers were prompt and really knew and performed their jobs very well. The work areas were cleaned every night before they left and they made sure our home was clean after they were through. Dan is a very experienced carpenter and general contractor and it shows in his top notch work. The quality of their work is the best I've seen. I would gladly, highly recommend S-N-S Remodeling and their services to anyone I know! Dan claims that "Wall To Wall, We Do It All" and backs up his work with his personal guarantee of quality. S-N-S Remodeling did everything they said they would do and did the work on time and on budget, with no surprises. I trust Dan to always give us a great deal!

Description of Work: They removed old gutters and rotted fascia and replaced fascia with fresh wood all the way around. They replaced missing clapboard shingles and trimmed the edges of corners of house with wood trim. The entire exterior was painted. 4 windows were replaced. Very nice job! Dan Shannon was a pleasure to work with. I recommend him. He is sincere in wanting his clients to be happy with the work he does. They also did an excellent job of cleanup during and at conclusion of project.

Description of Work: They install 40 sq ft of tile in my bathroom. My only dis-satisfaction was that the ad read, all labor, materials and tile included for $399. SNS said that to remove the toilet in the bathroom, would be an additional $150. So I ended up paying more than anticipated. $550. They were timely and did a good job.

Description of Work: Finding a good, honest contractor can be a challenge. Look no further than SNS Remodeling. They did great work and most importantly, dealt with me honorably. I had tile work, drywall, siding trim, a new shower and vanity countertop built, and more. Everything was done with high quality and professionalism.

Description of Work: Initially said he could do my tile floor salvage, then took over 2 months to get out here, then said he could NOT do the salvage the way I needed it and proceeded to step on tiles that were popping up until they broke! Very unprofessional!

Description of Work: One day installation of replacement of wet, rotted boards underneath kitchen sink and side board beside dishwasher. The garage disposal had broken and the dishwater has leaked destroying the inside of the cabinet undereath sink. The disposal was replaced and the dishwasher had to be removed to repair the damage. In addition, because of the damage, the tile counter top had sagged, the sink itself was loose and had to be resealed. The company reinforced and lifted the sagging cabinet and tile counter. They replaced the floor tiles in front of the sink. We are very satisfied with the job and will continue to use for other projects around the house.

Description of Work: My house was broken into and I was burglarized. My back fence gate was kicked in backwards and thus my gate,latch.posts and some boards were broken. Then they kicked and broke in by my back door breaking the frame, lock area and damaging the door. The jamb was also destroyed. S-N-S came over gave me an estimate and one day later came and repaired everything. They had to go out and buy a new door as well. They reinforced my fence; put in new boards; new gate lock; cemented the posts in the ground; and totally restored my back door. Now it looks as if nothing had ever happened to my home. S-N-S cleaned all worked areas and did the job in one day. Pleasant, organized, efficient and very knowledgeable about construction needs. Lunch was only 30 minutes. They are quality experts in their occupation.

Description of Work: Our bottom floor was flooded from a broken water line - SNS gave us the best estimate and worked well with our insurance company. They replaced drywall, repainted and did some additional non-insuranced covered repairs for us. We were pleased - they were punctual, kept things neat and did everything we asked.

+ 3 moreDan did not give me the lowest bid on this, but he seemed to know why we were having problems and what to do about it. He was very careful about my house as he removed the old shower and tile; he always communicated clearly about what we could use and what we could not use while the remodeling was going on. He replaced the studs and Sheetrock which had been damaged by the leakage. He rebuilt the shower and eliminated all possible sources of leaks as well as the major one. I came up with the idea to put some tiles that I had gathered on trips among the tiles and his tiling men did a beautiful job of realizing my vision as they re-tiled the shower and the area around the tub. He then replaced the damaged Sheetrock and painted around the adjoining toilet area. He supervised replacing the shower door and fixed all the caulking and grout work and sealed the grout. He completed his work in the 2 weeks that he estimated; but the shower door people took an additional 2 weeks.
Description of Work: Removed old shower and tile around bathtub; replaced damaged studs and Sheetrock; rebuilt shower to prevent future leaks, re-tiled shower and area around tub; painted as needed.

They provided me with just the beautiful design I wanted. I have had no problems since the work was completed. They did excellent work. They have years of experience.
