Description of Work: This is the second time we have enlisted Rex Plumbing's services. The first time we had a problem with water "backing-up" out of our washer connection and water was not draining from our tub (so we were pretty much wading around in our own filth). One thing that really stood out with Rex Plumbing to us was that Roy (the owner) answers calls, not an answering service like most plumbing companies. The first day he came out, he worked vigorously for a couple of hours trying to fix/diagnose our problem. After snaking our lines multiple times and examining all of our pipes, he determined that the drain to our tub was cracked and needed to be replaced (the drain was probably about 60 years old). In order to replace this drain, the ceramic wall and floor was going to need to be butchered and a new tub, drain, and pipe were going to need to be installed. This might be hard to envision, but it was a lot of work. Roy quoted us $1,100 for this job. They came out the next day and did the work that was promised for the price that was quoted.. They were very nice people and tried their best to be as clean and as neat as possible. We were very pleased with our decision to go with Rex Plumbing. The second time we had Roy out, we asked him to reroute/replace all of our pipes. We had the original cast iron pipes and they were broken at least one place under the house. His crew came out, rerouted all of the main lines with new pipe (per our request) and replaced the existing interior lines to the sinks/washer, and added a new clean-out all for $2,700 ( I am sure this price varies per individual situation). They cleaned up their trash and carried away the old pipe when they were done. Job was completed in 2 days.

Description of Work: Rex replaced all of our water pipes, including all connections to sinks, showers, and appliances. The work was done quickly and with minimal damage to walls. Their bid was the lowest of those we asked to bid. They were punctual and professional.

Description of Work: Really quality work on redo of bathtub & floor tile. Recommended a tile person for rework of bath and floor tiles whom did quality work as well and at a fair price. Kept appointed time, finished when said and cleaned up as promised. Very professional in dealings.
