Description of Work: Ice maker stopped making ice. The water tube and valve were frozen. Thawed tube and valve with hair dryer; took ice maker apart to check out. Reinstalled. Took about 2 hours total. He mentioned had this problem before. Did same work and it has been working just fine.

+ -1 moreReuben arrived right on time, was very professional, and worked as quickly as possible, with very difficult mechanical tasks. I have to say that the costs for this service were paid for under my home warranty program, Choice Home Warranty. So I don't know what the cost would have been without that aspect of the service. But his work was so good that whenever I decide to replace the dishwasher I am going to have him install it so that I know it's done right.
Description of Work: Reuben did excellent work: he took apart my dishwasher and cleaned out the motor, putting it back together (but giving me the broken plastic he has taken out!), and it ran just fine. Then he took off the ice maker in my refrigerator, thawing out the fan motor so that it would work again without making a very loud noise. Both of these jobs required no new parts but were labor intensive and time-consuming.
