They are close by. They have a fast response. They seem pretty honest. It is a family owned business. They seem to know what they are doing and are a local company.

Overall, the experience has been great with this company. They've done some extensive plumbing services for our home along small plumbing jobs. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

The plumber could not have been more professional and he took the time to explain what had been done and the options that we had. We all agreed to go ahead and reposition the drain to have it done properly. He arrived on time, made the repair, cleaned everything up, and we have been 100% satisfied. We would not hesitate to have them again.

He removed the old hot water heater. He new exactly what to do. He installed the new gas hot water heater. He did a very thorough job. He had to be careful, because the old heater had rusted on top from a roof leak. He even swept up the mess and hauled away the old heater and pipes. He did even mind our barking dog.

Everything went really well. He was timely, he was very honest, and he wasn?t trying to charge more than he needed to.

John helped us make the best of a bad situation. He and his crew were prompt and friendly and their quote was at least $800 less that any of the other 3 quotes that we got from other companies. They were also able to start the job the next morning. Not only that, they estimated the job to take two days, but they worked their butts off and completed it in just one day. John even went so far as to help us by answering some of our "do it yourself" questions so that we could install our own hot water heater. That saved us quite a bit of money! I highly recommend them for their honesty and integrity and would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs or repairs.

Their price was somewhat in the higher side, but they did a good job.

They did a pretty good job, and I have no complaints about the quality of the work. The final price was a little higher than the estimate....they kept running into issues that delayed the overall completion, which drove the final price up a little, but I have my master bathroom back!

They came out initially to look at a leak on the line into the house. Ended up needing to replace the line out to the meter at the street. They dug up a trench (going under two sidewalks to avoid busting them up) to remove and replace the old line. They were very prompt; I called initially at 10:30, they told me someone would be around that day and they actually arrived an hour later. It then took several days to finish the work, mostly because my house is in a dual permit area so we had to wait for two separate inspectors (which they dealt with pretty easily, though we weren't aware of the dual-permit issue when the job started). They were friendly, respectful and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They also very quickly fixed a toilet intake that was clogged with some mud that made it into the lines during the replacement.

Came out and had the issue fixed right away.

Disposal stopped working. Called James because they had done work before for my father and some of the neighbors. Came the next day and replaced the disposal. I asked him about doing some other work that I had not originally requested. He was concerned about his schedule, but agreed to replace the kitchen faucet that day and schedule an appointment the next day to fix a leaking toilet. He returned as promised the next day, fixed the toilet, installed a new bathroom faucet and also did some work so the emergency valves in the bathroom and outside the house could be used easily.

I used Angie's list to find James Plumbing and decided to give them a try. Their technician, John, arrived on time and was fast, polite, friendly, and professional. He cleaned up the area after he completed his work under the kitchen sink. I have called many plumbers over the years and found that this company performed the work as expected and at a reasonable price. Also, I was given a survey so the company could evaluate my satisfaction with their services. Wow! I have never been given one by any other company before. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

On time, completed in a timely manner. Able to perform the work the same day as the call.

Not a problem scheduling during the holiday period. Came to Pearland - was having trouble finding someone who could come to Pearland around New Year's on short notice. Price very competitive with other quotes on toilet; no charge for work on shower since no parts replaced - appreciated the time and work spent! Frank was very polite and helpful and discussed options for future shower repair. Very neat. Will definitely hire again.

Once again, the folks at James Plumbing came to my rescue quickly, and did a good job.

RANDY ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WAS POLITE AND VERY EFFICIENT. HE FIRST TRIED TO USE A SNAKE TO SEE IF THE PROBLEM WAS JUST A BLOCKED LINE, BUT WHEN THAT DIDN'T WORK, HE MOVED RIGHT INTO THE NEXT STEP, WHICH WAS FINDING THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK AND REPLACING THE PART. DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE PRICING, BUT IT SEEMS IN LINE WITH OTHER PLUMBING WORK I'VE HAD DONE.

PLUMBER DID A GOOD JOB OF FINDING THE PROBLEM AND ESTIMATING THE JOB. HE HAD A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND COMPLETED IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.

FRANK SAVED ME A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY AND PROVIDED AN INEXPENSIVE LONG TERM SOLUTION.

THEY HAD TO CUT OUT A PIPE AND REPLACE IT. THEY DID EXCEPTIONAL WORK FOR A GREAT PRICE, AND SHOWED UP QUICKLY.

THEY DID GOOD WORK, THEY SHOWED UP AT THE END OF THE TIME PERIOD THEY GAVE ME. THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AS A LEAKY RING AND REPLACED IT AND RE-SEALED IT. THEY DID LEAVE A MESSY FLOOR THAT I HAD TO CLEAN.

IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. THEY CAME VERY QUICKLY AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE PLUMBER EVEN BROUGHT HIS KID WHEN HE GOT THE CALL SO HE COULD GET HERE QUICKER. THE JOB WAS FLAWLESS, NO PROBLEMS SINCE.

THESE PLUMBERS WERE CLEAN, KIND, AND FAST. THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT WITH MINIMAL DISTURBANCE TO OUR HOUSEHOLD.

VERY POLITE. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND GAVE SUGGESTIONS TO AVOID THE PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE.
