JERSON'S CONCRETE

I hired them to pour a concrete parking pad told them where I wanted it Crystal gave me a price saying no payment was due until the word was done. This was Sept. October they came removed sod and dirt cut out concrete curb only to be stopped by hoa finding out they did not submit drawings or obtain necessary permit to do the work. Jersons agreed to replace curb grass and dirt when new site was approved and word done. Upon approval from county and hoa they were very slow to come and do the work by now in December. She would not return my calls or texts. Finally after Christmas about December 27 they came poured and did replace old curb but refused to replace dirt and sod I inncured that additional expense. Worse business ethics I ever saw. Fast forward almost one year later I found a orange or reddish color sticker on the door from Harris county. I called and found out they had called in for inspection before they poured but then called back and canceled and never had a final inspection either knowing they were required to do this. I was told by the county I could be made to tear it out and have to start over. I cannot tell you how many weeks and months of stress this company put me thru. I spoke to several people at Harris county and was referred to and spoke with the chief inspector at Harris county. I urged him not to let this company continue to get away with ‘tis; they know the rule and need to follow them as all other contractors do. I would advise do not use these people. I certainly will never recommend them to anyone.
