Description of Work: Owner came out and gave me a quote and seemed like a very nice person. We shook hands on this quote and scheduled a time for the service. The morning of the service, the owner emailed me stating he needed a part for his floor machine that he had requested overnight service for. He stated once the part was received, he would let me know when he would arrive. After numerous attempts to contact him and his partner, I was never rescheduled and they never responded to any of my emails or calls. I just wanted to know why they never rescheduled or returned any of my calls or emails.
