+ -1 moreEXCELLENT The house is beautiful, he has been ahead of schedule, and the attention to detail is AMAZING! Fabian is a pleasure to work with, and makes the experience of building a new home wonderful. He goes above and beyond what most builders do, and his friendly attitude and hard work continue to amaze us. My husband and I love our new home, and have honestly enjoyed watching it happen from the ground up. We definately recomend him to all of our friends and family!
Description of Work: After interveiwing a number of builders in North/ North East Houston we decided to go with Fabian Garcia Custom Homes. His houses were beautiful, you could see the attention to detail in absolutely everything. His homes are very custom, and he is a pleasure to work with. He has been our saving grace while going through the building of our new home. Fabian himself is also there to inspect everything along the way, and more then happy to accomodate personal requests. He is always on time and very quick to get back with us any time we need to reach him. At the end of this process I would consider him a friend more then a builder. The home is beautiful, and more then we could ever have asked for!!! I have always heard how painful building a house can be, but Fabian has made the experience enjoyable and painless.
