Although the servicemen were cordial, they did leave the site causing me to have to call an A/C/Heating repairman to fix what they caused. Somehow the panel to the A/C unit, the wire got between the panel and the frame of the unit causing it to be grounded out. Had to pay extra for repair to be fix. Before the servicemen left, I told Aeron that the unit was not working/not coming on. He gave no reply.
