For a very fair price Aeron did a really good job. This was a second cleaning after another company wasn't that great. There is a noticeable difference and all carpets look much better.

The tile was very clean but I didn?t notice any difference in the grout. Maybe due to the grout color.?.?

Guy finished two bedrooms, stairwell and area rug in about 25 minutes. Said credit card app was not working, so I paid cash. The quoted price was $175. He charged $200 with tax.

Owner is an exceptional person. He was the first one to respond and willing to assist under the circumstances after having an unusual severe winter storm in Texas. He took a couple of heavy rugs for drying and steam cleaning. His understanding was an important factor in my decision to select Excel Quality Cleaning Services.

Very professional

Work was very sloppy. Did not protect my laminate flooring while he did the tile. When he went to clean the carpet in the bedroom, his water hose rubbed the finish off the corner in the hallway. He was successful in getting rid of the odor from the freezer that had defrosted. I would not recommend him. Also, he did not put protective covers over his shoes. I thought all cleaners did that automatically.
