Description of Work: Had kitchen countertops replaced. Workers brought their children to the jobsite. Workers did not properly reconnect the icemaker fill line which resulted in water damage to the dining room laminate floor. I called Enchanted Granite owner / manager and he said he would send someone out. No one came. Called numerous times and usually they did not return my calls. They finally got tired of me calling and the owner told me I might as well file an insurance claim on my insurance because they were unable to claim the repairs on their insurance but at the time of signing the contract with them they insured me they were fully insured. I would never recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreThe prices are good, the finished product looks good but the service is terrible. The installation was postponed twice, the installers (on the day they finally showed up) were 3 hours late causing them to have to work into the night, they left a terrible mess, large debris on the side of my house, contents of my cabinets all over the floor, put the seam in the wrong place, didn't install the sink as promised, tossed the hardware for the sink in a trash pile in the garage, unplugged the freezer in my garage to use the outlet and didn't plug it back in, left my sink out on the deck in the rain, and then when I tried to complain after the fact couldn't get a return call until I threatened to dispute the charges on my credit card. Shocker: After that message, I got an email within an hour, but was then basically yelled at in email for even complaining considering that I got a good price.
Description of Work: Removed laminate countertops and replaced with granite.
