I've used them several times and they've been excellent every time. Their customer service is very good. The people they send out are very knowledgeable. They call back to make sure the job was done well. They are very responsive.

I was pleased with their work. He gave me the best price. He stood behind what he said he was going to do.

They are great. They didn't find any problems. They come out when they say they will and take care of their business quickly.

They checked the evaporator and condenser and they both looked fine but the temperature still wasn't low enough. They diagnosed it as being the ductwork. They replaced the ductwork and what an improvement! It made all of the difference in the world and they saved me a lot of money.

They are very honest. They dropped my air conditioning bill from $500 to $300 overnight. And it's amazing that they can come over to my house the day that I call them to come out. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have saved me literally thousands of dollars with the replacement of my air conditioning system.

Returned my call quickly on Saturday afternoon, came out within an hour. Charged $200 for the initial inspection and some work that did nothing to improve the cooling. As promised, called me first thing (8am) Monday morning and were there by 9:30am to install the new system. Charged me exactly what the estimate was on Saturday, without trying to sell me anything or charge anything extra.

I actually got this unit installed a few years ago and everything is still working just fine. Nothing has broken down or anything yet. I do have them come back two times a year just to do some regular checkups on the system. I am pleased with all the services I have received from them and I would gladly use them again. The company's employees have always been very polite to me throughout the years I have been using them.

Cothers is a company that is sure to please their customers. Their work is neatly done. They did not waste any time. They charge reasonable rates. I do not remember exactly what we were charged for services rendered. I specifically remember feeling like I got a great deal.

They are here two times a year to do maintenance and any repairs on our heating and air conditioning. We are happy with the work that they do. They are service oriented. The workers are easy to work with. They are professional.

They sent out the nicest people to install our systems. They stuck to their schedule and estimates quite well. I have used them several times over the last few years and we have always been extremely happy with their service. I feel it is private information what I spent but I always get a fair deal with them.

THEY CAME OUT ON THE 4TH OF JULY. THE UNIT HAD TO BE REPLACED AND SAID HE COULD BE BACK FIRST THING IN THE MORNING TO FIX IT. HE SHOWED UP EARLY THAT MORNING AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN JUST A COUPLE OF HOURS. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. WE'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE.

SCHEDULING PEOPLE IN OFFICE WERE CORDIAL. SERVICEMAN WAS ON TIME & EFFICIENT. PRICE IS CONSIDERED REASONABLE.
