Sale of carpet and installation went great. Excellent installers. They did a wonderful job installing carpet.

I was contacted by a representative in the installation department after my initial phone call. Because I had a box of the material, the representative told me she was turning it over to one of their independent installers. After 24 hours, and no contact from the installer, I called the representative back. She told me she would call the contractor and inquire if he was even available to do the work. I never heard from the contractor or the representative again. During the whole process, the representative seemed annoyed. I know a lot of people have suffered during the devastation Harvey caused, but the customer service was definitely lacking.

I purchased approximately 1000 square feet of installed carpet and approximately 50 square feet of vinyl flooring. The salesman was very helpful and professional; he measured and porvided a professional estimate. The installers arrived on the date scheculed and installed the carpet profeessionally in one day. Carpet World was the lowest price of all the estimates for comparable carpets; and there were no hidden charges. I was very pleased with the results.

This was my second time using Carpet World. This time, I had them come in and install laminate wood floor in my kitchen and utility room to match the rest of my house. I was very pleased with the service and installation process. The floor materials came in within a couple of days and were scheduled for installation the next day. The installers did a FANTASTIC job of matching up the laminate planks so everything looked flawless. I will definitely recommend and use Carpet World in the future.

We absolutely adored the sales person and all the good sales service but the quality of the carpet was terrible. We have been in our house now for 5 years and we are having to replace the carpet. Both the carpet pad and carpet were really poor quality for the price that was paid and what was represented. The installation of the carpet was not done properly and it has never laid right nor looked right. We had them come out to stretch the carpet only to find out that the backing on the carpet had come loose which then caused them not to be able to stretch it back into place. The pad has already broken down in traffic areas giving a feeling of walking on concrete. The floor was not completely floated/leveled before the wood floors were installed and the floor does not lay evenly. The service that our sales associate gave us was terrific upfront but the way the flooring has broke down I would have thought they would have taken care of me as I am a customer that has referred business to them as well as a past client to the store.

Carpet World was recommended to me by a coworker who used them multiple times and said they did a great job. Now I can recommend them too! They removed all the carpet from my house and installed laminate flooring. Mike Wheat was very professional and helpful. He and his installer each had recommendations that we went with and we are very happy with the results. The installers moved and replaced all the furniture in the house. They were extremely careful not to damage anything when going through doorways or at any time during the installation. Great company! Should the opportunity arise, I will definitely use them again.

Couldn't be happier with the quality price and installation... There were no hidden costs... Installers were very experienced and professional... Mike one of the owners was nice and straight up with us... We shopped around and found his in-stock carpet to be more plush and softer than other stores higher priced carpet... We had our family room done which was 18x18 and are going to have our master bedroom done now since we love how the family room came out... We never write up reviews but we are glad we bought locally and that we chose carpet world... Thanks again

We were looking for laminate flooring for our new house, and I looked into Carpet World based on a recommendation from my parents. The showroom had an excellent selection of laminate flooring. I really liked that the price on the samples was the bottom line price - the price listed included material and labor. (That made it real easy to figure for budgeting purposes). Michael came out and measured twice (the second time to adjust for changes I made), and was on time for both visits. When the materials came in, the contractor also showed up on time. The contractor did an EXCELLENT job on laying my laminate flooring; he was very careful and detailed when it came to doing the job right. I only have good things to say about my experience with Carpet World, and will definitely refer and use them again in the future.

They did a very high quality job, and were willing to work with the budget we had available. The sales guy was friendly, and was able to get the work done even though we were still living in Ohio and couldn't be there in person.

Mike Wheat gave us expert advise on the style and design of the tile work to be done. The measuring and installation work was meticulously done. The team was punctual on their estimated times of arrival and completion of work. The tile installers are masters in their craft. I would hightly recommend the products and services and Carpet World to anyone who wants to give their home a fresh, rich look.
