Terrible. They used inferior materials and left before the work was completed after taking all the money for the job.

Homero Calderon is a total fraud & I HATE myself for hiring him. He ruined my existing concrete patio which I had to have fixed by a true professional. I never had standing water on my patio until he added the extension without taking into consideration that my back yard sits low so every time it would rain, I had puddles of sitting water. I told him to fix the patio but he kept coming up with work arounds instead of starting over. He kept buying all this stuff from Home Depot saying it would make the water roll off the patio. It did not. He put holes in my roof when he added the covered patio extension and left a hole on one side to where you can actually see outside light if you’re in the attic. I had 2 contractors come out and both said his work was horrible and atrocious. Was told he used cheap material and left over material to cut corners. He pulled shingles up and then stapled them back with a staple gun so there’s water pooling under the staples. He improperly installed a rolled roof on the patio extension, it started coming up and eventually blew off a week later. His excuse was it was caused by a storm. So every time it storms the roof will come off? Yes he reinstalled it but guess what? It’s coming up again because a rolled roof is installed using heat. Nope, he didn’t use heat. He uses freaking staples. He screwed everything up from the beginning to the end. When he painted the concrete, he got paint on the bricks and didn’t even try to remove it & he left my yard a mess. My husband and I had so much cleaning up to do. We fired him because he wasn’t honest, we just wanted him out of our lives. I’m definitely considering hauling him into court because all of the documentation I have is rock solid. People like him shouldn’t be able to scam homeowners out of their hard earned money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He’s not honest and his wife lies and makes excuses for him...His work is Horrible and once he gets another job he leaves you hanging high and dry.

Caldron Roofing was hired to install a TPO roofing system over a current shingled roof on a room extension. The type of roof (TPO) was suggested from the owner Tito and was promised to be down professionally , pulled tight and current gutter would be removed if needed. Long story short the roof is very loose with approx 1.5 “ raised at the gutter and is installed so loose that water runs off the side of roof. As soon as it rained and I saw that the roof does not function as designed I called and texted Calderon roofing multiple times to come fix the roof. 8 days later he wants to charge me to fix his improperly installed roof. I also purchased a 3 year warrant from them and they can’t even correct the initial install.. WARNING- Tito will promise the moon and then do the bare min. to get paid and get out. Small claims court is next as I will not spend $3500.00 and get a crappy job

These people are very concerned about doing a good job while respecting your home and people. My 87 year old Mother was here most of the time by herself while they worked and we felt very comfortable with the workers in the home. They were very respectful to her and she never felt uncomfortable with them here which was very important to me. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day so as not to leave a big mess and layed down cardboard where they were working to protect the flooring. They know what they are doing and take the extra steps to prevent accidents (like shutting off the water when working on water lines, not taking it for granted that there would be no issues). They make sure that they are putting in items that you are going to like and always take the extra step to make sure it looks good. I wanted a tankless water heater and Vito had no problem telling me that he was not that familiar with that and would call out a plumber that he works with to see what would work best. I so much appreciate this honesty. I really can't think of a single thing that I was disappointed in. There were a couple of days that work was delayed but that is to be expected with any contractor and for the amount of work I had done it was so minimal I hate to even mention it. And best of all, I was quoted a price and that was what I paid. The only additional amount was for what I requested to be added. I would have this company back without any question and will once I save up some $$ for my next project.
