They were great. I don't think I found them on Angie's List. They were very reasonable and more than anything, I went in and I was not sure of what I was buying. The salesperson there knew the appliance and knew what I needed. She walked me through everything. I bought a stove that had lost the drawer glides on it. The drawer glides were for the things inside the stove. They were not moving in and out like I wanted them to. When I explained it to her, thinking I just needed one, she said that she was quite sure that there were actually four of them. So she suggested I buy all four. I asked her how much was the cost and she told me that they were only $3.97 a piece. So I bought all four. I would have never known that. I was sure of bringing it home, trying on the one, and then realizing that it still wasn't working, and would have had to go back. She knew and said that she believed I needed more than one for this appliance. She gave me the recommendation and left it to me to decide whether to take it or not. It works perfectly. They were perfectly honest. I asked her how did she know that this was the appliance I needed as opposed to all the others, and she told me that this is what I wanted. She has been working there for only two years and she already knew all the appliances. I was very impressed with her knowledge and complimented her for that. Everything was fine. They don't actually come home but I have to go to them. They served me very quickly. They were extremely punctual. The phones were ringing off the wall. They were multitasking the whole time and yet they were able to do things. I was really impressed with them. I will definitely use them again in the future.
