In a day and age when we as consumers rarely are afforded the opportunity to give an exceptional incredible rating, Accent Windows gave us this gift. From the office genie Kim, who set up all our appointments, to Joseph who helped make something that I worried would be a difficult process for me (picking the right shutters) to Stanley who installed our windows and helped carry boxes up the stairs to help clear an area for him (and we did not ask this he just walked over and starting helping) and to Steven who installed the door shutter, my first thought was I have to be dreaming. I have never experienced the awesome quality of product that I experienced with Accent Windows. I cannot say enough nice things about a company that has the good fortune to employ so many superior people with customer service being their primary concern. We have been so proud to show off our home and we get the same comment from all our friends, your shutters look awesome and the door covering is perfect. I like perfect and I like comments that reflect my good taste, but I cannot take the credit. If I had not let Accent Windows do the job, I'm afraid I could not be writing this review. Take it on good recommendation, you will not and can not go wrong with these folks. They are the best.

I have replaced all of my window coverings over the last 6 months with plantation shutters. Accent Windows and their staff are nothing short of PERFECTION! From having someone come out to measure to ordering and installation the process was seamless. I cannot say enough about their installation crew. Same guys everytime, fast installation and they leave your home spotless! I did by shutters in 3 stages and each time the process was wonderful. Don't look any further for your window covering needs!

Would definitely use again and refer friends. We actually already have. Joseph very professional. Kim his associate very accommodating and available to answer any and all questions. The two installers are very reliable and show up on time. Overall experience was an A+

The guy came out and he was here when he said was going to be here. We are getting a kitchen remodelling right now. They are working with us around the kitchen work and we’ll just call them back when we’re ready for them to install them. There was no cost for them to measure. That was included in the price. The price included measuring, the blinds and to install them when they come back. The price was right on it.

From beginning to end, dealing with this company was great. The woman who answers the phone was courteous and efficient. The two technicians who came to my house knew what they were doing and were very polite. There were no problems and I would definitely use this company again.

The folks in the office, the individual that came out to measure as well as the installer were courteous and professional. If we have other needs in the future, we will definitely call them again.

We had a little difficulty arranging a date when I was home (since I travel) but once we had a solid date, they were efficient and the blinds look great -- They also sent a personally written Thank you note... something I have not seen in other vendors. I would definitely recommend this company!

From beginning to end I could not be happier with their service. We ran into a few problems with scheduling a date due to personal issues on both sides but eventually got together. The estimator arrived on time and was very pleasant. He did all the measuring and showed samples of the type of blind we were interested in purchasing. We received a written estimate the next day and immediately agreed to pricing. In ess that two week the blinds were ready for installation. A date was set for Tuesday June 16, 2015 which happened to coincide with Tropical Storm Bill. However, the installer arrived on time and was very careful unloading the blinds and getting them into the house without getting wet. He worked hard and completed the job within the time frame given. I was more than happy with his work. I would definitely use them again. They even followed the next day and asked if we were satisfied and that if we had any problems we could call them anytime.

Every person associated with Accent Windows was incredibly professional. There were two appointments, one to measure and the other to install. Communication was great for both. Both reps were on time, and explained the process thoroughly. It took about 3 weeks for the custom blind order to be completed. The installation rep was efficent and very personable. He finished the job quickly and the blinds are absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend accent windows!

It went very well. They were punctual and professional. If they were running late, they would call and let me know. After the installation, there was a problem with one of the blinds they had installed that day, and they responded very quickly, came out and took care of the issue the following day.

I purchased a package using Angie's list and was contacted right away for service. The employees came out and had everything measured very soon after. My blinds were cut and ready to hang in less than the quoted time (quoted about two weeks, ready in about one week). The employee that came out to install was very quick and very polite. The whole process was stress free.

Accent Windows did a professional job and were a pleasure to work with. They were courteous and replied within a day when i contacted them to get an estimate. They were on time to measure the windows. They sent me an estimate a day or two after that. It did take about 4 or 5 weeks to get the eyebrow arches delivered. The installer was on time and very courteous. Did a great job and worked with me on placement of the blinds. The eyebrow arches ending up being the wrong shade that didnt match the blinds. Kim and the team were very cooperative and responded promptly to get the color matched correctly. We had to wait a few more weeks, but they gave us a discount for the inconvenience. I rated a B for quality because these blinds aren't quite as good of quality as the blinds we've gotten from 3 Day blinds. But these were priced slightly less for the same size windows. Overall, we enjoyed working with them and would definitely recommend them to others.

I was very satisfied with Accent Windows and would recommend this company to others. I dealt with Kim at the office and Stephen was the guy who measured and installed our screens. Kim was extremely nice and helpful and Stephen was great as well. I wasn't sure which frames would look the best, so Kim offered for me to take several framed screens to the house so I could compare them. I ended up bringing her pictures of the windows on the house, and she made a recommendation. She was right, and the screens look great on the house. The price for the screens and blinds were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Accent Windows to anyone looking for solar screens or blinds.

Joseph was great! Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable. Set up an appoint for me to select and measure for blinds. 3 weeks later the blinds were here to be installed by Steve and his partner. Also very punctual, professional and friendly. They assisted in moving some of the larger pieces that were in front of the windows then moved the pieces back, took down old blind hardware, installed the new blinds and then re-hung the drapery rods. Extremely fast and efficient. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Gave an accurate estimate. Very responsive to questions about colors, styles etc. Installation and product is as promised and expected.

Kim contacted me set up an appointment to measure my windows and a few days later the installer came out installed the screens. What I liked the most about there service was I didn't have to be present for them to do the work. Great customer service, would use again.
