Very quality and detail minded. Made me aware of some areas that needed repair and fixed them. The drywall and ceiling repairs that were completed before painting were complete and well done. when they were done, they did a great job cleaning up and restoring everything the way it was.

Wow! What great service! I was given an estimate within an hour of calling. My houses exterior was power washed one day and painted the next. My house hasn't looked this good since we bought it. Everyone was curtious and worked very hard. Everything was cleaned up before they left. The price was great. If you ever need a painting service be sure to call Miguel.

Miquel and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived in the morning to power wash and caulk and painted in the afternoon. They completed the job in one day. I would highly recommend.

The exterior required paint, plus there were boards that needed to be replaced around dormers and chimney. I took a day off from work to help and picked up the necessary selections of lumber and siding, and made all the cuts with them installing ( I used to be a construction contractor myself). They performed a fantastic job, at a great price. This was in 2009. Miguel was great to work with then. It's now 2016, nearly seven years since he and his crew painted the exterior of my home. It still looks great. We selected Sherwin-Williams paint for the job, and it has held up in the Texas heat exceptionally well. We are ready to repaint, and I will be contacting Miguel to come do our home again.

Quick estimate and timeline

The guy was a no show three different times. Lousy communication.

Miguel rushed up the finish of the job, demanded his money and left. He will not return calls to make arrangements to finish his unfinished work. He got paint on the base of the ceiling fans and did not cut in the trim around the base of the fans and light fixtures. His crew cut a venetian blind cord and tried unsuccessfully to tie it back together. Crew removed the venetian blind cornices and did not re-install them after painting. Miguel did not caulk above 3rd floor bath light fixture as promised. Crew scuffed the toe kick under cabinet in master bedroom bath, left it unfinished. They took down a towel rack and did not re-install. They left tape on return air vent in master vanity area. They tried to touch up paint with wrong color after removing popcorn ceiling- left the wall unfinished. They tried to touch up walls in kitchen after removing popcorn ceiling with wrong color of paint-left it a mess. They left a paint smudge on a 12 ft high window in living room the size of a tennis ball. They got paint splatter on engineered wood floors in living room. They did not leave any white touch up paint and did not furnish name of paint and will not return call to deliver that information. Replacement paint on master bedroom ceiling is now cracking. I built houses for 15 years. This is poor workmanship.

These guy did a good job covering another painters screw-up! Made sure the color was my HOA's approved color!

The quality was not good. our guest bathroom has wall color on the molding all around and the based board and so do other areas. I could have done a better job. Also, I did not feel we received the quality professional advice we thought they would provide. We were on our own. We wanted a grey color throughout, but the color we picked ended up being more of a baby blue. they started painting and by the time I saw it they had done the entire downstairs. I think they could have called to let us know once they saw it was more blue than grey instead of continuing to paint. We paid so much money for a job that has to be redone.

Very friendly, quality as expected and very helpful educating us on what paints to use and had me use the texture gun briefly as I had asked if I could watch and ask a few questions to learn from it. Only complaints are exactly as other reviewers stated - 1) Took too long and had to come next day for 2nd coat of light paint over dark on a 1 day planned job, 2) completely missed behind the fridge and the sink window box and header, and 3) has not returned call to simply ask if I need to prime plaster before painting. However Google answered my question, they allowed us to buy paint from SW at contractor rates as part of his job #11, and I learned a ton. Thanks to the crew for all the extra time and effort and schooling :)
