+ -1 moreThey were awesome. I paid nothing. They came and looked at the foundation and i thought i had a problem but they found nothing. They came and measured and basically the said my house has a clean belt down and i don't need anything.
Description of Work: I used Power Jack Foundation Repair to inspect my foundation.

+ -1 moreThey performed the work in a timely and seemingly professional standard. However I am now having multiple difficulties with the repairs they did. Cracks are reappearing and widening, doors will not close and a myriad of problems have surfaced. Two employees of the company came and surveyed the damage. They then stated the needed repairs were not covered under the warranty. This was , in their words because the damage was inside....... even though the original damage was also inside and the worst section is on a wall and ceiling only inches from the piers on the outside. They then proceeded to try to SELL me additional work
Description of Work: they installed numerous piers around the entire perimeter of my home. I had doors that were sticking and cracks that appeared along seams and ceilings in my home. Power Jack surveyed the damage and I agreed to pay them approximately $7500 to perform the work. They performed the work as agreed to. Now two years later they are refusing to honor their "lifetime warranty"
