Description of Work: Serviced the inside unit of our heating and cooling unit in our home. We were very pleased with their service and professionalism. The technician that they sent out was very polite an knew what he was doing. Would use them again. They called before they came out and they showed up as promised. Very reasonable and a job well done.

+ -1 moreHe showed up while it was raining and fixed the leak. Then charged the unit with the refrigerant and verified the a/c was working properly. He was there approximately an hour. He charged $200.00 for the refrigerant and $130.00 for the labor and materials for fixing the leak. Overall I was very pleased with the service.
Description of Work: Fix a leak in the copper line and recharge the unit

+ -1 moreWithin 40 minutes of our call, the repairman was at our house. He was quick and efficient, answering questions in an easily understood way. Stayed long enough to make sure that there was no more leaking from the pipes thawing out. The next most appreciated thing he did was to show me just how to avoid a future repair call by cleaning the drain regularly myself. He was at our house 30 minutes or less, and our air conditioner has worked perfectly since his service call.
Description of Work: Repairman analyzed why our unit continually froze up and would not cool. Found that the drain was clogged. He cleared the drain and then showed me how to do this myself and avoid having another repair call in the future. He also checked the outside unit to make sure it was operating efficiently.
