 + -1 moreCalled about 3pm on Saturday 6/13/2020 and was told it would be around 7:30 before someone could come. Lane Preas arrived at 7:55 pm and stayed till 10 pm to fix a blown fuse, transformer, and shorted out electric wire. Lane was very professional and went out of his way to get our old unit working again. This is the 3rd time I have used Jamar and each time I have been extremely satisfied. Would confidently recommend them for any HVAC service. Bass Stokes

 + -1 moreI have a very old package unit and after I clened the coils I made the mistake of pucnturing a coil wiht a screw. To make a long story short it lost all freon and damaged the old compressor. They first arrived on a Sunday to get unit running again and charged me a fair price for that. They came back a second day to do some additional repair work for which they gave me a warranty. The unit is working better than it ever did and the final price came in under their original estimate! On top of that the the people and the work were high quality and they are all very nice people. I am an architect and and a builder and deal with a lot of contractors. I will be recommending them for all of my projects.

 + -1 moreThey called first and showed up right when they said they would. They replaced the outside unit first, then worked on the inside. They rebuilt the platform housing the old unit. The installation went extremely well. They were VERY professional and courteous. They answered all our questions and went out of their way to explain everything. As they were packing up to leave I went looking for the installer to ask another question and found him sweeping my hallway. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for bi-annual maintenance and service. I am VERY happy with this company.

 + -1 moreThe install was completed, with my wife and i away for the day. Completely satisfied with the professional way and thoroughness of instal, from inside unit, new duct and outside unit
Description of Work: Greg came in made recomendation to upgrade an area of ductwork so that our home would be effecient staying with 5 ton trane. Install took about 6hours. The entire area where th inside and outsde was totally cleaned. The tech thatwas part of the work met us at our hme about 2 hours after install to go over thermostst,system andwarranty. The new duct at the top of our stairwell has totally cooled off the area, that was once a hot spot. The system cycles as it should, but less frequently because of the addition of the new duct. Very pleasesd with install and performance of new unit. Greg did call back the day after install to make sure we were satisfied.

 + -1 moreHave not a thing to complain about. The guys doing the work cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased.
Description of Work: Mr. Jamar came out himself. Measured size of house, how many ducts we had in house. We were replacing all of a/c and heat. We went with a 4-ton unit. Our old one was still working. we had them install old a/c and heat unit in my husbands shop, that was included in the price also. No duct work was replaced, all still looked good. Very nice company to do business with. Do get at least three estimates, prices and service vary.
