less tha a year ago I paid cash for a 300x John Deere mower. The dealer was AG Power. In August the mower would not start. I took it back to the deaqler because it had only 34 hours on it. I was told by the service department that they would call me in a day or two. I never received a call soIi drove there for an update. I was told that all service workers were out to lunch and for me to call back later.Two days later my husband went by for an update, he was told that parts were on order and would be in in a day or two. Another week went by the same up date was given, still waiting on parts. I emailed cooperaqte. After much phone tag I was told that the service workers had finally completed taking pictures and filed a report with the" DTech ' and all that could been done now was to wait for a response. I was told that the only way to contact 'Dtech" was by computer, but I was not given any contact information. it has now been 35 days since the mower went in for repair and I an no further along than I was when it was sitting in my yard. I wish I had not paid cash for this mower. I wish I was still making payments, I would just stop payments and walk away. I will never again do business with John Deere. It is not only the local facility that has no customer service but the problem has also invaded the cooperate level.
